Everything about this place is wrong. I didn’t want fries so I chose a salad which had a $2.00 up charge which I didn’t mind at all until I received it. Head lettuce and cucumbers. As for the BBQ Pork sandwich, it was so watery and flavorless. There wasn’t enough sauce to cover up this mess!

We ordered food tonight for my family and the Bustin sampler platter was very dry and I did not get my extra bbq. They also bagged our food sideways so it was all over the container when opened. They also did not give me my second order of Mac and cheese bites. Very unsatisfied with the food will not be order from the wapakoneta location again.

Nothing smoked about these meats. Very misleading. Very dry too. No seasoning on the meat. Cornbread was okay. Smoked cheddar hashbrowns were not smoky or Very cheddar. Will not be back. It was so bad no second chance.

THAT IS JUST PURE LAZINESS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU'RE SAYING YOU ARE ONLY OPEN UNTIL 10 NOT 11 THEN YOU NEED TO SERVE CUSTOMERS UNTIL 10PM NOT STOP SERVING EARLY BECAUSE YOU WANT TO LEAVE

Good BBQ. We really liked the ribs, brisket, pork and cornbread. I still can't believe it's in a gas station! They have lots of other things on the menu, so we'll be back to try more.
