Hot Head Burritos

Walked in the unlocked front door at 10:30am and saw a girl bent over the counter playing on her phone. She informed me that they didn't open until 11:00am. Why is the door unlocked and why are you turning away business if you have time to play on your phone?

we loved this place but young kids in the evenings are rude. Posted hours until 10. At 930 we were told they were closing so they had no food (no rice, no beans etc) but posted to close at 10. It’s 950 and it’s closed now.

This location was amazing! Eating the rice was cooked perfect and not over or under. The staff was polite and amazing. I will be driving from celina ohio 30 minutes away to come to this location again.

I was going to order some food the other day and as I was standing there some guy came in and it smelled like he had never taken a shower a day in his life. Then I watched him go around the counter! This guy works there. How can you have an employee working there that smells like that? People come here to eat; it is a food chain restaurant. I was so disgusted with this that I didn't even order I turned around and left, I cannot have someone in that condition making food for me...

I have been to multiple Hot Heads location and this one by far has already become my favorite. Only been open a few months now and the food/service has been exceptional! Always get the best portions and freshest items! Worth the drive if you're not in the area, and if you are it will become a new fav, I promise! They also have an app that gives great rewards and I recommend getting. Thanks for coming to Wapak!!!!

Attempted to use a BOGO coupon from the Hot Heads app. Would not accept it, was told management would call me to make this right.. 3 days later I haven't heard anything. Never had issues with any other hot heads store

Ordered food to go. Got home within minutes and the burritos were cold. They dont keep the stuff warm in the trays prior to being made
