I meet a group of ladies here monthly. Normally it’s not too bad but today I got what they called cheesy potato soup and I have no idea what it was. It was undercooked sliced potatoes and some kind of buttery chicken broth with some kind of cheese floating around in it here and there. I knew I couldn’t eat it because it would upset my stomach so when the waitress came back I told her no it was too greasy buttery something it just wasn’t good. She took it and offered to get me something else, but I couldn’t at that point. Wouldn’t of been so bad but she charged me for it anyhow. Do not get the potato soup. They call it cheesy potato soup, but it was horrible. what I don’t understand is with all of these reviews. I don’t see the owners responding to any of them. Most generally when people wanna do better, they appreciate the criticism along with the good and reply to try and make things better or to let people know they appreciate their support

Lulu's is a diner. It's not a real fancy place , but very nice for a diner and the food and service are very good. It's also very clean. Great place for breakfast or lunch.

Usually this is our favorite LuLus spot to come to but not anymore. 7-7 at 11:35-12:30 we sat in the back at an extremely wobbly table, because all the other back tables were still dirty and not even wiped off. my coffee spilled out numerous times due to my daughter just simply coloring too hard in a book cause it was so unbalanced. I asked our server (didn’t tell me her name) if she could wipe the table off first because it was still really sticky (gross) and she was instantly annoyed. Idk if she is just annoyed with people who have kids or what but the is the vibe I was gathering the ENTIRE TIME. She walked away after getting our drinks and I wasn’t even finished speaking yet. I asked for French vanilla creamer and had to remind her after she had come back to the table twice at that point and yes she was annoyed again lol. I said please, thank you and was very over polite considering the service I was receiving back. But when a table of 3 guys sat behind us she was extra nice to them lmfao. I understand it’s a serving job, I’m in the service field as well but everyone should get the same service and RESPECT. she’s lucky I even gave her a lousy tip out of the kindness of my heart cause I wanted to give $0. Also, a table seated and ordered almost 10 mins after us received their food before ours AND my grilled chicken sandwich was so dry!! Extremely dissatisfying. Not worth $40 or my time.

Ordered chicken Caesar Wrap with a 2.50 upcharge for onion rings. They brought out 3 onion rings! When I asked my waitress, she said that is correct, you only get 3 onion rings when you ask for an uncharted from fries to onion rings. My daughter ordered an omelet with hash browns, and the potatoes weren't cooked all the way. Not going back!
Lulu's was great when they first started, but just goes down hill year after year.
