Had an online order in, got there at 11:42, when I got there I went to open the doors and they were locked, the workers looked at me and then turned around and ignored me. Waited a minute and when it was evident they were just going to keep doing that, knocked a couple times and on the third time the girl finally turned around and I questioningly pointed to the drive through and the lady rolled her eyes, gave a thumbs up and turned back around. Got back in the car and drove to the window and then still had to wait a while.

Called and ordered two medium pizzas breadsticks and a 2 L was told 50 minute wait 1 hr and almost 40 minutes later I have called customer service phone number 6 times trying to figure out where my order is at they transfer you to the store it rings three times and hangs up will not order pizza from here again
Update got a text my order was being made and would be delivered at 841 pm 2 hr 40 min after we ordered lol what a joke

It took an absurdly long time for the order to finish, and when it finally did, it was burnt to a crisp. There were dishes scattered on the floor, and it seemed like half the staff shouldn't be working in food or customer service. They even kept their vapes out on the counters. Nowadays, it's always a terrible experience. Don't waste your time or money here.

I'm only giving this 1 star because there's no option for zero stars. Wapak pizza hut continuously serves no good, burnt food. The inside of the kitchen is always disgusting when you walk in (dishes and food thrown all over the floor), and most of the staff is unhelpful/rude. Half the time when you go through the drive thru, you'll sit there for at least 5-10 minutes before anyone notices that you're there. Honestly, just don't waste your time or money.
Please if you’re hungry, don’t order from this location. 2 hours later, they still didn’t start my order. I ordered from another pizza place after waiting over an hour and was there and home before they even started my order. First driver said the staff was yelling and throwing stuff, threatening to quit. Don’t order from this location.

I went to pick up my order and when I walked in there was an entire salad behind the counter that looked like it had been dropped on the floor that no one had cleaned up. Then looking back into the kitchen there were all the pans and trays laying over the entire floor like someone had threw them. The worker finally realizes I had walked in and had to step over all of the pans and trays on the floor as she made her way to the counter because there was not a clear path. I ended up throwing the pizza away when I got home cause I wasn’t risking it. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered online through their app, they chose to deliver my order via a Doordash driver. I did not use door dash to order. Order was made incorrectly, and delivered to me as both incomplete and incorrect. When I called to try to resolve this as it has been this way the last 2 times I've ordered they told me I have to take it up with door dash and not them even though I never contacted doordash to begin with. Will not be ordering from this location again.

First i was unable to have a pan pizza as they were sold out. Then i ordered a medium hand tossed pizza — went to pick up said pizza & waited in line for 30 mins….. was unable to get through to the store on the phone as it rang busy. Then when I went in to the store the phone was hanging off the hook, the employee said oh no the phone doesn’t work as she hung it up. My order was canceled but no indication online where I ordered the pizza…. I had to go in to be told that they canceled the order because they didn’t have medium hand tossed crust. A big waste of my time. I would never recommend Wapak Pizza Hut. Go to Dominoes Go to LaGrande. Go to Woody’s Go to Beer and Wine. Go to Padrones. Get a take and bake from Walmart. DON’T go to Wapak Pizza Hut. Everyone in town outdoes the Hut here. Terrible customer service.

I would give them a Zero if it was possible It's not the people that work there same girl all the time said she has worked 15 days straight Couldn't order pan pizza come to find out they are out of OIL so the dough couldn't be prepped . The coomers own this store and should be ashamed to run a restaurant like this but evidently they don't really care because of they did they would go to a store and buy oil. I ordered my food at 6pm I didn't get it until 7:30 because one girl is doing it all making it boxing it and selling it SMH!
