Food: good came off oven hot and fresh, even though waited a hot minute
Service: poor waited awhile to pay so did others. The phone was ringing off the hook kind of annoying to be honest, at one point in time some lady came out and unhooked the cord after she kept silencing it few times before hand.
Greeted: yes by a lady boxing up pizzas she said hello to everyone that was coming and told us all same line we will be right with you Best she could probably do with how busy it was. At first thought she was only one there.
Wait time: inside store about 20 mins, they was busy but only seen one person working but heard other voices yelling inside somewhere after few minutes being there. The lady boxing up food repeated her self multiple times that people were in lobby and needed help.
Drive thru: backed up so went inside I was 4th car. Line didn’t move for probably 5-10 minutes.
Cleanliness: lobby was clean, bathroom clean, outside clean, kitchen area wasn’t the best things were being kicked around on floor.
Wasn’t sure who was who in there, like who the cook was who manager was, who did what in their. After watching and listening, I realized there was only one active person that I observed that was trying to hold things together to make things smooth out and go faster. Heard a few times some reminders being given and manners being said from the one worker. She always said please or thank you to I’m assuming was the person making the food. I observed negatively a lot of yelling and curse words being used. By time I got my food two employees brought me it one was vaping as she walked it up to me then stuck it in her mouth. The vape that is. I was kind of shocked when I seen that. I’m currently staying in town again for work at local hotel over the over pass, I usually order every Friday I’m in town as it’s a ritual. I understand shit happens and people get busy I’m a patient person. But the disrespect and yelling and cussing that was seen and heard by many tonight don’t be Suprised if more complaints come in. Lobby music would be a good idea to distract some of that noise.

Hopefully you don't have an issue with your order. Store tells you they can't do anything-no refund, no correct order remade. After 3 contact attempts to corporate/franchise they won't respond to make it right.

Everytime I order, they forget something or burn the food or mess up the order. And because I order late at night, they take there phone off the hook, so I can't call to have them fix their mistake. So I'm left with forgotten items or unedible food. And then I can't do anything but message customer service which isn't for the actual store, which only gives me coupons for a free pizza, which then just makes me have messed up items again when I try to place another order.

Took a while to finish the order that was ordered online btw just 1 pizza And a cheese bread , in advance to showing up mind you they weren't busy , got the food arrived home and once I got my son settled I opened up the box and two sliced of pizza looked as if they had eaten half the pizza on one slice was basically just crust left the other looked as if someone had taken a bite from that slice from the side and so I called the store no answer called again it rang then hung up so went to the store and the staff that was working was completely rude , didn't seem to care , honestly worst experience I've ever had with a food place in general they need better management and that shows will definitely never go back to that location would rather drive to the Celina location where I've never had a bad experience.
whoever works the night shift unplugs the phone and shuts off all lights and locks the door and will refuse drive through if you try to go through. been trying to call since 10 pm and cant get throught to them and makes it look like its closed.

Had an online order in, got there at 11:42, when I got there I went to open the doors and they were locked, the workers looked at me and then turned around and ignored me. Waited a minute and when it was evident they were just going to keep doing that, knocked a couple times and on the third time the girl finally turned around and I questioningly pointed to the drive through and the lady rolled her eyes, gave a thumbs up and turned back around. Got back in the car and drove to the window and then still had to wait a while.
