This is the worst management staff I e seen so far at the Wapakoneta pizza hut.
I thought under new managers it may be better, I was so wrong. They have completely lost me as a customer... And I will not longer order from here for my work meetings and employee birthdays...We have 5 different pizza companies here in Wapakoneta. Not just pizza hut, Which is a great thing, choices, and pizza will no longer be a choice. Here's why...
Last week I ordered a taco pizza, wings, bread sticks, cinnamon sticks, a 2 litter of Mt. Dew, and a ranch cup. I got a sausage pizza, diet mountain dew, no ranch cup, for delivery, so bin paid a delivery fee and tip too... I tried calling, no one would answer the phone. I didn't eat, and took everything back in the next day. All they were willing to do was make me a new pizza and exchange the 2 litter.
This week. Yesterday, I ordered wings and a stuff crust pizza for delivery. They v switched it from delivery to carry out and didn't call me. Mind you I paid a delivery fee and tip online already. I called and called, finally after 6 calls they answered. I advised the guy on the phone, I ordered delivery, you all put it as pick up and I would like to cancel the order for va full refund, mind you this vis an hour later, cause I thought I was getting delivery, I mean that's what I paid for, and I got no call telling me otherwise. The man on the phone says he was not authorized to cancel my order and give me a full refund. I said I know better, I worked for this companu, to call his boss at home and they will walk him the the prices, because I'm not coming to pick it up after I paid a tip and delivery fee already. I told him if not I would call Taliltha at home, right now, to tell her how her managers are running this place... giving out the wrong food and ripping money off customers.... Which is theft!!!!!! The man put me on hold, then came back and said I cancelled the order, the money should be on your card in 3 to 5 business days. No, it should be on my card and in my account by morning. The transaction was cancelled. No purchase was actually made.
No apologies either. This staff dues not care about their customers, and the night female Asst. Manager is lazy. She refuses to answer the phone, or talk to customers.
2 bad experiences with in a week. There's no coming back from that!
I’m Haven’t had Pizza Hut for awhile now whoever they have working in there now is way better than the past!! The food and customer service was outstanding!!
