Tried to order online 3 separate times but it kept saying my card info was invalid. Checked my bank account and they had charged me twice. Called the store and they said they didn’t have the order and couldn’t help.

Sat in drive tru for 10 min no service went in stood another 5 had to yell to get help no customer service at all. Quit using for month due to similar problems like no service order wrong . All other pizza places in area no problems just pizza

Would be a good place to start a business. Guy up there cusses at customers.He’s a little p***** They can’t get an order out to save their life. Don’t order online they take your money and then don’t make your order. Worthless. 0/10 would rather listen to a yoko ono cd while putting my weiner in a meat grinder than eat talk or see the place again. Yet again 0/10 would not recommend.

Ordered a Meat lover's add mushrooms tonight, got it home and the crust was no where near done! Had to put it in my own oven. Wasn't golden on any part of the crust. Won't be going back!

Wapakoneta ohio pizza was so bad we didnt eat it will not be eating there again a waste of 24 dollars when i called to complain they said they add cheese proportionally both pizzas had no cheesebin the center of the pizza way over cooked was the most awful pizza i ever got and no refund said come all the way back there and theyll make new ones my husband picked up on way home from work he was tired they should of made it right the first time i even called the 1- 800 number to complain to corporate said theyd get back with me never did so wont be eating there again guess im just out 23.99 i worked at pizza 6 years and my pizzas never looked or tasted like that

Order was supposed to take 15 minutes, but we waited in line for over 30 just to finally get a cold order. Never going to this location until new management is hired. Horrible service. Dude with nose ring was something special and shouldn't work in customer service. Overall just a very bad experience. Would recommend driving 20 minutes to next closest pizza hut.

Pulled up to window and was ignored for almost 10 minutes, went in side and was ignored for the next car to pull up to window, and then told to hold on as they went to help the kitchen. Pizza’s actually look well done this time but service was junk.

Schedule pizza for pick up at 11:15 am the order was complete and just came out of the pizza oven so it was nice and hot.
