Had a little extra time while visiting friends in the area and stopped in for a (hot) Chai Tea Latte and to catch up on a few emails. The crew was welcoming and friendly - my chai was perfect! Not every Starbucks makes them the same way - Robvalo is the Master Barista! ☕️

We stopped at this Starbucks in the early part of a road trip, and I ordered one of my usual orders, a tall decaf flat white. After we got down the road a little bit, and I had consumed about half of my drink, I was telling my husband how delicious it was, and what a good flat white it was. A few minutes later I started getting The telltale jittery feeling and accelerated heart rate that I get from caffeine. I looked at the side of the cup, and sure enough, decaf was nowhere present on the side of the cup. I should have known when it tasted that good that it wasn't decaffeinated.

I recently tried the Caramel Cookie Crumble at Starbucks (hopefully I got the name right!) and it was absolutely amazing. The flavor is rich, sweet, and perfectly balanced—it’s definitely a treat worth ordering again. I can honestly say I’ve found my new favorite drink, and I’ll be coming back for it every time. Obsessed!

The barista misheard my order and rather than address it, got passive aggressive and told me that isn’t what the computer said. Because the device was so slow I just left. Will skip this Starbucks in the future.

Staff is fast and super helpful. I spent 8 hours there today running interviews for my company. The place is squeaky clean, noise is low and again, the staff is awesome. Finally a Starbucks in Wapak!

Took almost 10 minutes inside just to take my order and I was the only one in line. Ordered a grande vanilla iced coffee with 6 extra creams. Took about 10 minutes to get my drink. It tasted like dirt and there was no vanilla in it. Asked for more vanilla, and even said I’d pay for it. Barista put one squirt of vanilla in it. It was still disgusting. Took it back to the counter and asked if I could just pay for a different drink. There was no apology or an offer to make things right so I could enjoy my drink. Ordered and paid for a grande white chocolate mocha. It just tasted like warm milk. I am highly disappointed and just wasted almost $10.
