Did on online order to pick up inside. Arrive and the doors for the inside where locked. Had to wait in the drive thru for 30 mins and now our subs that were spoused to be toasted and hot are cold and gross!

While on my 30min lunch break from work I went to subway and when I got there, I had to wait 10minutes in the drive thru for someone to take my order while other cars were pulling out of the drive thru because it was taking too long, when I got to the window I took another 5 minutes to get my food and there were 3 employees there. One of my subs were cold, and the other was a steak and cheese, and they put no cheese on it. I normally don't leave reviews and I know it can be hard working in fast food/custom service, as I do myself, but this was really ridiculous. Normally this subway is great but this one time was horrible. Also non of the employees said sorry for the wait or anything

2 times we went to this place in less than 3 weeks and 2 times they almost gave us the wrong food, it's like the workers are completely oblivious to taking in orders.

Don't expect to get a place to eat inside. It ALWAYS CLOSED. Not sure why they even have the option for sit in. Can't even go inside to place an order. Losing Hella business eclipse weekend due to inside not being open.

Absolutely junk! Needs to have negative ratings. 4 tiny pieces of meat and their freshness is trash. All you get is bread. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND A BETTER SUB COMPANY NEEDS TO BE IN THEIR PLACE. PRICES FOR THIS JUNK IS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY. THEY MAKE BETTER SUBS AT WALMART!!!

If i could negative review beyond a 1...i would. We've tried to dine in 4x and everytime the doors are locked (7pm)and no one ever answers the phone when you call there. Ever. Also, terrible, rude attitudes the 2x we actually ate inside. Sometimes no one answers the drive thru. It has become easily, the worst restaurant in town and everyone mostly goes to Cville or elsewhere for Subway. The other negative reviews are 100% true. I truly hope the place buckles. ..and I never wish that on a business.

The hours aren't correct
Tried to order at drive through at 8:30pm on a Sunday they close at 10pm and the girl said they are only fulfilling online orders! What's the difference?!
My sub costs $4 more here than it is in St Marys. I understand a buck, maybe $2.. but

We walked to get some food. All doors are all locked. Employees working but don't answer the knocks on the doors. Called no answer. Lobby hours are until 9pm tonight. Drive through appears to be open. Just very RUDE and Unprofessional.
The worst subway! It has went downhill since the other one in town closed. The subs barely have any toppings on them ever. So little that the bread closes all the way and you have to open it up to see if there's anything on them. To this day I have never had a sub like that from any other subway, and we travel a lot. Still we eat there because we like subway and its close to home. Today was the last time we will go there. When we go we have the kids orders saved in our phones and we literally read the orders the exact same every single time. We've had messed up orders before and never had an issue with getting them fixed, until today. When I called they basically told me I was lying. (Like I don't know what and how we order every single time we go there.) Instead of saying "my apologies, we made a human error." I have never in my life been rude to any person in customer service, I am a customer service veteran myself, even when a mistake was made. I don't see the point in being nasty over a simple human error. However, when you tell me that there's no way I could have ever done something that I've done a hundred times, like I'm lying about how and what we order...that's a breaking point for me. The audacity of some people over a stupid sandwich. That's it for us. No more. We will happily travel to Cridersville or St Marys for our subway when we are home, from here on out. And we eat at subway way more than I should probably admit to. A family of 5 who orders 12in subs plus additions every time. At least now we will get subs worth our money and not from a store that acts like lettuce needs to be rationed. I can't think of a time I have ever boycotted a store but there's a first time for everything.Side note: the messed up sub wasn't even cut in half but I was the one who messed up the order ?
