Not only do I dine on taco bell 5-6 days a week, but I am also a franchisee. Easily one of the best taco bell experiences I've had in a while!

We went inside to order carry-out, in the middle of ordering they let us know that we could not dine in but we could wait for our orders. We were completely fine with this as it was late. We had 4 separate orders, after we received 2 of the 4 orders we were yelled and clapped at to leave or the cops would be called and we would be charged for trespassing. I let them know we were still waiting on our orders which they had told us was fine before we bothered ordering. We sent the 2 people that got their orders outside and continued to wait. As my order was ready the lady carrying it āfellā and threw the bag with our food in it on the floor. Someone tried to help her but they did not offer to remake the floor food. We got our food and left. We were disappointed with our experience, if they hadnāt told us we could order and wait for our food we wouldāve left. We were also waiting quietly and patiently as we saw they were busy and understaffed. The only one that treated us kindly was the one male staff member, all the females we not kind.
Drink machine in lobby was out of ice. Did they have a sign saying it was out of ice? No. Did they offer to fill my beverage in the back so that I could have ice when they gave me my cups? Also no. Plus they put tomatoes on something I requested no tomatoes on and Iāve never seen such an ill put together quesadilla in my life.

Food was Taco Bell food but the manager is extremely unprofessional and rude , taking her anger out on younger employees, slammed my order in the window , smashed half the items , never said the name for the order , then got an attitude when I politely asked for my drink and told me I need to learn how to wait , completely unnecessary, if you canāt handle the heat get out of the kitchen.
