First time through - Sandwiches made wrong.

Second time through - Ordered 10 nuggets around 10:55pm (and hour before close.) Was told that they discontinued nuggets. I ordered nuggets a week later. They lied. Probably so that they wouldn’t have to put fresh nuggets down.

Gave it a third chance today. Dude on the drive through headset was unbelievably rude. Didn’t even bother to order. You work at a Wendy’s please pipe down.

I ordered a Apple pecan salad, got all the way home and they gave me ranch dressing and onions. I called to let them know about their mistake, because I wanted the dressing that comes with it, Pomegranate vinaigrette. All she said was sorry hun, they just grabbed the wrong bag. I said I can't eat this salad now because I don't like ranch dressing. It's an $8.19 salad! She said sorry have a nice a day. But it's midnight. That's terrible customer service! I want what I paid for, not a sorry hun.

Had to ask that the fry person wash his hands due to scratching his head and face while scooping fries, and then when we get our food…both sandwiches were made wrong. I went inside to get them replaced only to be ignored and have speak up as the male running the register and exposing the orders didn’t seem to want to do his position. Never made eye contact with me once in my whole 20 minute experience. Sir, you are in the customer service industry, as am I, some days you have to fake it till you make it.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Made us wait over 20 minutes for a biggie bag. Severe had the worst attitude and HAD THE NERVE to get mad at us when they forgot the order.

If you want “fast” food don’t waste your time going there. Waited 30 mins and I was the only one there! 4 workers who all seem to have disappeared to the back for 10 mins and then when they decided to actually start making the food moved so slow with absolutely no care in the world! If the order was for me I would have left!

We were on vacation, stopped by to grab a quick bite to eat and I have never in my life witnessed management be as rude to employees as I did at this Wendy's. I honestly couldnt even bring myself to order, they need new management for sure. They have no clue how to run a business, no responsibility, no mindfulness, and absolutely no clue how to handle their employees. I wouldn't be surprised if the turn around rate was massive.

Went here for a dinner at 7pm on a Monday with a coworker. He got the incorrect frosty size. Payed for med got small. I ordered a Baconatter, with ketchup only. What I got was a kids jr burger with LTO. No surprise it’s wrong by when the guy taking the order is a little on the spectrum and didn’t check the order b4 it went into the bag. Leave to-go and have to then come back to get the correct burger. Manager gets involved. She then asked and at that point the dude had thrown it away b4 she could see. She said she would remake it correctly for me…. Well it wasn’t. giving me a baconatter but with mayo and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I check b4 I left. When I go to show the guy he touched it with his bare hands. Was then Grossed out with health standards. Asked for my money back. Maybe get some workers who can read. It would prob help. Even if it’s not the guy in the fronts fault, the kitchen must be more special then him.

It was ok. Food was what you would expect. I had the new breakfast burrito. Which was pretty good size. I couldn't eat it all. Wife had the breakfast baconator. It was dry and she didn't care for it.
Service was friendly.
