“Gentleman working the drive-thru was very friendly and professional. He has a distinctive voice with very precise enunciation so we could hear him clearly over the intercom. We asked if he had done radio work or sang in a band. He explained about making announcements when he was in the military. Mystery solved :) The coffee and donuts were fresh and smooth, too!“

“Very friendly counter persons clean atmosphere the food I ordered a croissant sausage egg and cheese the croissant itself seem to be a little burnt and it fell apart and made a lot of crumbs also I had a chocolate long john which was excellent but disappointed in the overcooked croissant“

“I wanted to express my appreciation for my employer at Nova Coffee......one of my cats is in need of surgery and in addition to the emotional toll and stress of having a sick pet, it is also costly to make him well....I received a message from my boss John Ramsey that he is willing to help with some of the vet bill....i have never had a boss/friend be so gracious....so to all you naysayers out there (you know who you are), you got it wrong ... You're the best John thank you so so much“
