I thought KFC in Niles was terrible Elm Rd is right up there with them. The employee even the manager rude the food sucked @ the bottom of bucket & chicken slimmy.
we went to kfc on elm rd warren ohio our chicken was shredded instead of whole thighs and all burnt and Greese stood a hour to get our 25 dollar bucket meal we won't go to that one again poor service
for health reason stay away from this location, this is what my 8 piece chicken , and 8 price tenders looked like, most of the tenders were so old nd air dried they were yellow and orange the skin had become the same color as the crust that was barely on it, the normal chicken was just completely soggy nd basically skinless. Biscuits were very hard and unedidable I had to throw in the trash, customer service was awful as well, didn’t seem to bother them their food was very old,...read full review
