I hate the kiosk for ordering your food. Then I ordered a chicken Mexican pizza and it came with beef and not chicken and they are smaller in size which sucks. I ordered a soft taco supreme and barely saw the sour cream on it. I used to enjoy going there. I probably won't be back.
Staff was not inviting, and My order was wrong. Nothing was properly marked
I stopped into this Taco Bell for a quick lunch and was blown away by two exceptional employees “Miss Kylie” and “Miss Ivory.”
Although I prefer my Mexican food a bit more authentic, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal AND the outstanding customer service that I received that afternoon.
I will return to this Taco Bell with the hope that Miss Ivory will again make my “Mexican Pizzas,” and that Miss Kylie delivers them to me!
