Went through the drive thru and got two Cheesy gordita crushed, two nachos and cheese, three soft tacos supremes, and a chicken quesadilla. no drinks, I about fell out of my truck, it was over 30 dollars WTH it's TACO freaking Bell. Crazy. O and the chicken quesadilla doesn't have the same amount of cheese and chicken as before.

Missed 2 crunchwraos from order, drove a half hour back to get them. They then gave us 2 hard tacos... then went inside to get order right for the second time, was ignored for 7 minutes. While they were making my order the workers in kitchen yelled across the room to ask if they were supreme. Apparently you have to tell them what you ordered 4 times before they get it right. Maybe hire someone who is competent :)

Overall there isn't anything at all to complain about everything was just right....
Used to be one of the better locations in the area. Until recently. I will say the recent few trips have been awful. The latest trip drawing the line for me. I stood in front of the register waiting for my order for no less than 10 minutes while being ignored. And it's not like I wasn't noticed. While I stood there and waited, every employee in the establishment made eye contact with me in front of the register eagerly waiting many more times than I can count. And when the young lady did decide to take my order. She was the rudest person and before completing my order I decided that I did not want to give the rude employees my time of day. And I can understand if the drive thru was packed but there was only one car in the drive thru. This kind of service is downright disrespectful and I will not be returning to this location again.
Stood inside waiting to order and never got acknowledged, I was seen standing there because I was the only customer in line. But no one cared to say hello, hold on and someone will be with you, or anything. I understand if you’re busy but not to say anything is just ignorant. Finally I got upset and said “this is ridiculous and I’m leaving “. Workers looked at me but STILL never said NOTHING! Horrible place and I won’t go back to that store.

I was four cars back in the drive-through line and was there for 27 minutes. I don’t fault the workers because they seemed overwhelmed but something has to give because this was a terrible experience.
