Always an enjoyable time. A bar menu but not the typical bar menu. Great freshly made food. Hand made creative cocktails. All drinks are hand made... no blenders behind the bar. Bar tenders are what you think of when you think "bar tender". Live music is entertaining. Always a good time!
Right below the Best Western is The Speakeasy Lounge, a prohibition styled bar and grill. You can snag a drink for $5 and the food is surprisingly delicious. My $8 burger was juicy, well cooked and came with a heaping serving of house made fries. That paired with a shared appetizer of buffalo chicken nachos made for a delightfully indulgent meal, and I had left overs to eat for lunch the next day. Me, my sister and even our designated driver had a great time. All the people were pretty laid back. Everyone was there for a good time and a good time was had. Want to give a shout out to the DJ Mike. We all got plenty of chances to sing (I love karaoke) and he kept the music going. The staff couldn't have been any nicer, they were great. My only regret is that it isn't closer to where I live. I'd definitely be a regular. But I guess I'll have to settle for as often as I can.
