Drove over a hour for food, they forgot 2 items of our food and we clearly made a mistake not checking the food! Called and reported that we were missing food and the lady who answered the phone said the 2 missing items were still there! was told they couldn’t refund the card so we could pick the missing items up whenever we came back to Cleveland.
