Piada Italian Street Food

Literally had the worst experience ever there. First time at a piada and will be my last. This store is run poorly, and the manager was worthless and no help!

UPDATE: Piadas portion sizes on their piadas are continuing to shrink. I'm no longer happy with the portion sizes. I have included a Pic of my most recent order and I'm highly disappointed. If you go, do not get a piada, stick to the pasta bowls or you will be disappointed. (ORIGINALThe food has always tasted great. The Piada's have gotten smaller than they use to be but that's all restaurants today. Employee are always kind and helpful. Had one issue with delivery (they go through Doordash) and they were helpful, solving my issues immediately. Some of the best service you can find today. My only suggestion would be to increase the piada's possum size back to what it use to be.)

my salmon took ages, the music sucked, and it was getting late already when i came but i ended up having to wait a long while for my food, too. my food was cold, and my parents (who didn't have to wait) also said it was cold. do not eat at this piada location EVER.

A friend brought me here for lunch today, and it was the most delightful experience! The staff were friendly and made dining out enjoyable. That makes a big difference in my choice these days because who wants to pay for a meal and feel like you aren't wanted or you are a bother to the staff? Piada near the Sam's in Centerville was a 10/10 today!
