Simply fantastic. We have never had a bad meal there… everything is delicious! Our favorites are the Chimichangas Al Cabon or the Pineapple Don Charlie. The Texas margarita is also quite tasty.

My go to Mexican restaurant. Creme jalapeno shrimp, chorizo chicken, pork jalapeno fajitas, Chile rellenos, and habanero cucumber margaritas are my favorites.
The food is always good as well as the atmosphere. I've been here several times with great service but the last two visits we had the same waiter. Unfortunately he is not doing the business any good by the way he serves customers. He has been rude, speaks and looks at patrons like they are idiots, seems like you are bothering him to get a drink. I will request not to sit in his area next time. I hope you do not get this waiter on your visit.

We love Cocina de Carlos!! We live in Columbus Ohio but when we're in town we make it a point to stop! We love the meal served inside a pineapple! The salsa is amazing as well! Fantastic atmosphere and decor and always good service! Highly recommend
