My fiance and I stopped up at the Appliance Center in Maumee today, and tried Madeline's Smokehouse for the first time. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we walked up to their food truck to place our order. We ordered the Sampler platter, which comes Ribs (3 bones), some pulled pork,, and it was supposed to come with some
wings, and brisket and a small side.
