I ate at Beast and Bottle today and it wasn’t just food, it was divine intervention. The flavors baptized my taste buds in a holy trinity of richness, balance, and unrelenting perfection. I swear I saw the pearly gates crack open for a second. Halfway through the meal, I was no longer just a man eating dinner. The service was terrible! They were out of brisket at 7:00. And then after orders were put in & food came out...sorry we are out of pulled pork too... would you like a burger😵.WTH?? Never again...
