KFC is a popular restaurant with a mixed reputation. Customers have reported issues with service, including a manager's mistake in providing insufficient butter for a family meal. Another reviewer had a disappointing experience when they found out the restaurant was out of Ruffles, their favorite snack, and even received a deep-fried rat instead of chicken. However, despite these issues, another customer raved about their visit, praising the friendly staff and excellent service. The only drawback was a malfunctioning pop machine. Overall, KFC is a decent option, but customers should be prepared for some potential mistakes.
