So I ordered a pretzel baconator only ketchup checked my food and it had mayonnaise on it so I went inside to have it fixed and they didn’t remake it or anything just wiped it off and put way too much ketchup on it and it was a nasty mess, needless to say I will never go this Wendy’s again.
Served us an uncooked burger and the management team here was rude as heck when I complained. Then our second burger was also uncooked, never eat at this place again. My son ate half the burger before we realized it was uncooked.
Went to Wendy’s this evening all our food was cold and slopped together and I ordered 2 chilis and got one so I had to go in and they said all they had was enough for one order but yet they still charged me for two. Customer service was awful and the manager had a poor attitude about the complaint. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience. They definitely have lost our service.

Wendy's offers good food and reasonable service, with a clean environment. However, the parking is limited, and the exit sign placement can obstruct the driver's view, hindering safe traffic flow. The drive-through is efficient, but the beverage quality may vary.
