Bock excels at creating a space where we gather as family, friends, soccer teams, etc with their large open room, but also there's a game room my kids love, foosball, and shuffle board. And that's not even getting to the food and drinks. My favorite snacks include the German nachos, reuben dip, and pretzels. The drinks are always on point- fresh and delicious. we always love the lemon blueberry with with a slice of lemon and the Negligent IPA. They are staffed by some of the greatest people. A family favorite for sure.“

“5 Stars is not enough. Hubby and I stopped in for our first visit and he grew up Italian ~ homemade everything. Sub was filled with meats, mozzarella sticks were perfect and the pizza was awesome. The dough is fabulous, so much taste. Husband felt like he was back home. Cannoli was so tasty. We will definitely be back. Great food, priced fairly and the owners service exceeded our expectations! Edit from recent visit during Oktoberfest 2025: I want to give kudos to the Taproom Manager, he was helping out with another lady at the bar. I asked for a couple crowlers and had went to pay and the tablet had an error, so as I waited for the Manager to finish...some guy comes up to be and tries to act like I skipped the line (which clearly I hadn't as the lady at the bar was helping people faster, as I waited for the guy to finish). It was a ridiculous altercation with a grown man, and the Manager went to bat for me. I appreciate that, and hope that gentleman who felt he needed to be a bully doesn't come back.“

I ordered a white wine sangria which was actually only a white wine with a slice of orange and a slice of lime. I asked the server if I could get a couple of cherries and a splash of pineapple juice to make it actually a sangria and they charged me a dollar for it!!..same thing when I ordered a second one. My 15.00 chicken sandwich platter after adding a few extras..( cheese,bacon and buffalo sauce ) ended up costing a whopping $23.00. I never knew everything or anything that does not come with your meal is extra until I received the bill. FYI ala carte is a killer here.“

She told me to not worry about paying for it that she was sure he deserved. Exceptional customer service! She really made his day. I didn’t catch her name but she did have on a black apron and was African American.“

“I’ve come by Lock 27 twice this summer while passing through town and both visits were fantastic! The drinks were top-notch, the food was delicious, and the service was warm and welcoming. Kenzie stood out as she was knowledgeable on the town, genuine with her recommendations, and a pleasure to chat with. Along with the dog friendly patio, there’s no better spot! The bartender was friendly and on it service wise but nor over bearing. Manager was friendly without being cheesy as well.
I've never had their pizza let alone a cauliflower crust-Holy Baboli, we LOVED IT!

“I perused some prior reviews and normally don't make comments but HAD to today. Today was the power outage 9/28/24. For over THREE HOURS this place had anywhere between 40-55 people in it. This is not a big place. I came because I had to no power at home to do my work. The staff handled it like absolute champs. The lady with brown hair and middle-aged at the register was efficient, professional, and stepped in to help with drinks if the rare moment presented. The entire working staff moved phenomenally quickly, even though wait times reached up to 30 minutes. With the number of drive-through orders, in-person orders, and delivery/pick up orders I can't believe they pulled it off. Unreal. I have to say, objectively, that my drink was a bit bitter and the cold foam was subpar, but overall acceptable, especially with the circumstances. People who complain with prior reviews likely just don't understand what these employees have to go through with the now-nationally-known issues the Company has, with so many moving parts with their drinks being a potential downfall. HOWEVER, the staff, in the face of all this, did mind-blowingly well. This staff also lets me enjoy my kids here sometimes and they are friendly and courteous. Well-freaking done, everyone. Keep treating your staff better, @Starbucks.“

“First time trying the pizza. We ordered the New York style stuffed pizza. Overall not bad however it was a bit dry for my liking. I think if they added a garlic butter lightly brushed over it once it’s done it would be perfect. Other than that it was pretty good. Smells amazing. Could maybe even stuff the crust with cheese. Again thoughts. But overall I was quoted 35 minutes and I arrived about 10 minutes early and it was coming out of the oven. The staff were very sweet and polite. I’ll try a different style next time. I may not be a fan of the double crust. It was good don’t get me wrong. I just think it was a tad dry. Flavor was great!“
