I am a DoorDasher and picked up an order on Saturday, July 16th. Firstly, I would like to thank the young man working the front counter for being so friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I lost my son to suicide two years ago and for some reason, this young man reminded me of my son SO much in a couple different ways. We ordered here last week for delivery, they are using doordash and didn't say anything to us. Then once we got the order and it was all wrong and they said they couldn't bring the order back to us because they use doordash and they don't have their own drives to bring the food back out. They also couldn't refund us the money because they don't do refunds. UNBELIEVABLE. I sent a note to corporate and still haven't heard from anyone. Ordered a pizza at 8pm ,delivery said it would be 2 hours till it got here.Got a confirmation e-mail and money taken out of my account. Fine! I really wanted pizza and I wanted to surprise my hubby with their heart pizza for Valentines .
