Came into Applebee's Monday night because nobody acknowledged me across the street. As soon as a walked in there was more customers so I was worried but was greeted by all staff upon entry. So I felt welcome I sat at the bar and Susan immediately started conversation she was pretty busy at the time but she got my drinks fast. As I watched I realized everyone was working together helping each other. Everyone was friendly Bob the manger that night was engaging and working hard too even stopped by the see how my night was and strike up conversation I stayed pretty late because I was having a good time. Great work.

Okay, I'll get to the point. The restaurant is disgusting, especially the bathrooms. Oh, and be careful if you don't look like the employees, they won't serve you and ignore you. I ended up leaving. Is Applebee's a racist place? I don't know, but it seems that way. Thanks for nothing, guys! 😊 Good day!

Got turned away on a Saturday night at 8pm as we had a party of 5 and they weren't taking parties over 4. It was my wife, 2 kids and a friend.. this location should probably hurry up and just go out of business already. It's always slow and unkept. Won't be back
Great food & wonderful, fast service!
The location is great and the service is good. However, some of the music they play is not appropriate. I would expect to hear this crap if I was on the west side of Cincinnati, but not in West Chester. The clientele is middle-aged to older couples. I guarantee it is a major turnoff.
