My family and I stopped in to get a bite to eat and the entire time we were there a manager was holding a disciplinary meeting with an employee in the dining room for all of the guests to hear. It was very unprofessional. If you are going to discipline an employee please do so in an office. I feel bad for that employee.
I was a restaurant manager a few years ago and I would have never done that to an employee.

My French dip sandwich was dry, whoever bagged my order forgot the main dish of the ingredient. The dip, fries were good though and I was able to get my lunch quickly. Just wish I had the dip.

The lady that was working was so kind. She was not only running the front registration but was also making all the food. She apologized for having to do everything. She did it all wonderfully and with a smile. I can not imagine how hard so was working and what a long day it was but he still had a smile for customers. That can be hard to find anymore and I was so appreciative of it. Food was made well and we enjoyed it.
