Sent through the drive through to get lunch for my office. They charged my card more than the total on my receipt. When I called to let them know about the situation they said they couldn't see how we were over charged even though I have proof of the receipt and the charge on the card. A manager was supposed to call me about this and never bothered to get back to me. Check what they are charging you!!

I love me some Arby's. Not too long ago, I tried the mac and cheese bites that are a limited time item. They taste sooo good. I hope Arby's makes it to where those bites are a permanent item on the menu!
The bun was hard and the poppers (which are usually hot) were luke warm and hard, like they had been sitting in the warmer for a minute.

Worst Arby's roast beef sandwich I've ever had. Bun tasted like it had been microwaved, with a hint of freezer burn. Couldn't even taste the meat. Peyton was super nice at the drive thru window though.
Great staff, food was good. The only thing I would suggest improvement on - the floor was very "sticky," and my shoes were sticking to the floor from the bathroom to the lobby. Might want to use some bleach and really get the floor good.
