Typically love our visits to Bob Evans. The service was pretty good, and all of the staff including the manager seemed friendly and approachable even though they seemed like they might have been a little understaffed. Only downfall was some of our food. My scrambled eggs and sausage patties were very dry and the edges of my pancake were hard. Still edible, just tasted like it sat under the heat lamp for a little too long.

I was pretty disappointed coming here. The people were not very friendly. We sat and waited quite a while before a waiter came by. He asked if we had been waited on, and we said no, so he took our orders. The food was alright. Then, when we got ready to check out, we had to wait for someone to come over there. The restroom definitely needed cleaned.

Stopped for breakfast while traveling back from Florida to Ontario. Spencer was outstanding and I would have to say one of the best servers I have ever had and since my daughter manages a restaurant back homeThat's saying a lot. Lol great job!
