Sunday afternoon my family and I went to lunch at this Bob Evans location. We have frequented this location for many years. Unfortunately I have a very bad taste in my mouth after our our lunch on Sunday we were there from about 2 to 4. When we realized the head manager, I believe her name is Jen was screaming at the assistant manager in front of all the customers how embarrassing for him. Also, every time we eat there we noticed that she’s always got an issue with the young African-American girl and she’s always belittling and yelling at her. It’s very embarrassing for her, also my son applied there months ago and was told that he was hired then when it was time to train him they told him they didn’t have the time to train because the Thanksgiving holiday was coming now I’m thinking maybe this woman is on a power trip and possibly racist. I don’t think my family and I will be eating there any longer due to the erratic behavior of the general manager. It is very unfortunate. There’s barely any Bob Evans left around to eat it. I guess we’ll have to hit the one up on Tylersville. Now I see why it’s so slow every time we come in here such a bad energy and juju.

The food was much better than I expected. The service was meh. The waitress was fast because 1 of us had to get to the airport. But she would bring the food and drop it off. No conversation what so ever. She would just give it and not say anything.
