6 people dining, 0 great meals. Foods were over cooked, dry, and bland. We had salmon, mahi mahi, butterfish, and fish tacos. The asperegus was so overcooked my friends wouldnt eat it. They did respect food restrictions; there were a couple of available sides, rice and broccoli, if ordered plain. There was a good offering of wines and bourbons. We must have been there on a bad night. The servers were ok. Considering we payed over $60 per person, we expected much better.

I came to host stand to get seated they took awhile to get me seated then when I go to sit down. The booth was nasty and table paper cloth they had wet spots. just got up and moved myself I ordered a drink and it seemed like it was sitting or they definitely don’t know how to make a simple margarita. Bonefish has went down heel especially this establishment this second time I came to this one first time my food was raw but tried to give them another chance but it was another disappointment. To me corporate needs to renovate this whole place and get some staff that’s knowledgeable to take care of guest and clean up messes! #Iwontbeback

Food was ok, I mistakenly expected more flavor. Chicken and salmon tasted yummy.

Service was GREAT! The poor girl kept apologizing for minor things that she thought were mistakes. I'm sure she gets a majority of Karen's/Kevin's. 😢

The atmosphere of dim lights is nice.
Fix your broken down storage basket in the women's restroom, tacky.
It's dirty there, too.

We chose Bonefish Grill for our monthly lunch meetup with a few friends, and we were absolutely delighted. We all chose off the lunch menu, and really enjoyed our selections. They were delicious, and portioned well for the lunch meal. Service was great, even though the dining room was very busy.

I came in to dine the service was fine just slow. The seats had crumbs on them had to wipe off my own seat and when we left I noticed bites on my son and my back and legs bed bugs possibly ? I definitely won’t be back the one in Norwood is better and clean.

The best part about this dining experience was the hostess. Past that- this was just a waste of money. While the bang bang shrimp was fine, everything else was disgraceful. Burger- burnt, charred, disgusting. Baja Fish Tacos- I’ll just say I literally had to spit it out as I was worried the fish was bad enough to make me sick.

You may be wondering… did we tell our server? The answer would be NO as we only got to interact with her twice. Once when she took our order and once when she dropped off the check. Not one other check in, no words spoken when dropping off check, etc.

Overall- this was a horrible experience and at 1pm on a weekday when they’re virtually empty, you’d assume the service would be much better. Bonefish is clearly going downhill.

I love being able to visit Bonefish Grill on my travels to Ohio and Florida. Very good value meals with excellent food. They do a nice job on the cocktails which are reasonably priced as well. I wish they had these in MN!

We had a wonderful lunch today at Bonefish, augmented by the excellent service by Dave H. Seafood on point. Loved the lemon butter sauce with the Mahi mahi. Dave was attentive and helpful. Great meal.

Met 2 long time friends to celebrate birthdays and catch up. The food was great. The two orders of Bam Bam tacos were well liked and my Fish and Chips was hot, crunchy and delicious. Coleslaw is offered as a tiny side with the fish but we always find this to have the most off putting flavor. The restaurant is always immaculately clean and the vibe is very relaxing…so easy to actually have a conversation. But the standout for us was the service. As frequent diners around Cincinnati, we all agreed that this was one of the most outstanding servers we have ever encountered. 10 stars to our lovely server Makenzie!!

The Bang Bang Shrimp and my Sea Bass were excellent (as usual), as was our service from Jacob. Unfortunately my friend’s scallops (she had the shrimp & scallops) were way undercooked. They went back to the kitchen to be corrected but came back virtually the same undercooked way. Disappointing as we love Bone Fish.
