Bonefish Grill

Must have been a bad night. Took almost an hour to get food after ordering. When my fish came, it was lukewarm. My husband had a steak and it was hot. Bonefish changed the bread recipe. Looks the same but tastes like grocery store white bread. Just not good. Manager comped dessert. It was good but not worth the waste of a night dining out.

I love the monthly dinners. I get the chance to try different wines and drinks and how to pair with food. The food has always been amazing and the presentation is beautiful. I highly recommend attending if you get a chance.

we had a great time at happy hour with a five dollar martinis. The food was great, the portions were just right and the bartender was very friendly and attentive.

Food is always hot, which is important to us. Service is great. I'm a water drinker and I never have to ask for my water to be refilled

The kids meals are significantly less food. The overall experience is was not good. The crab cakes have changed. My family was disappointed. My daughter was very hungry when we were leaving. She is 6. Why popcorn chicken now and like 9 fries instead of tenders and fries.

They were overwhelmed I think. Service was sub par although she did keep up with drink refills. We had to request bread and the dipping oil was in a cup, not ideal for this dish. We also had to request our plates and silverware & napkins. They were very busy and it was very noisy as well as crowded. we are frequent visitors to this store and this was by far the worst experience we've ever had.

Our server, Kenzie, was excellent. The food - plank salmon and crab/grouper were tasty but slightly overdone. The asparagus was good. Wine is a bit pricey. We went on a Thursday evening, so there was plenty of seating.

The service was not great. Seemed like the server was having a rough day but for how much the tab was, it was not an experience that matched the price.

The only problem I have was we didn't get to use our $16 off coupon like Open Table said I had on the app

Went in for a lunch, had a really good, healthy meal. I feel that BF offers more health options than the average restaurant. The server was very friendly. All the food tasted great.

Excellent and attentive service by Olivia! The food is always outstanding at Bonefish Grill in West Chester! We will be back!

Mind you our reservation was 6:00p on New Year's Eve. The restaurant was full and yet they were able to seat us when we arrived almost 10 minutes early. We were seated at a table for two. I will say it was a little tight in that our chairs were back to back with other diners. We weren't uncomfortable but there was no room to spread out. It didn't affect our dinner. Our waitress was terrific. We were able to have a drink, appetizer, and meal and were never rushed. Would recommend. We will be going back.

Great meal, great waiter and service. We really enjoyed the evening! I can recommend this restaurant!
