Good was great. Service very slow. Luckily we didn't have any thing pressing to attend to immediately after. There seemed to be enough staff but not efficient.

Food has always been very good and ambience is great. Like many places, they have issues with keeping fully staffed. If you don't mind being a little patient, you'll enjoy the experience IMO.

We were sat at the coldest table near the door. We complained of the temp, but was ignored. Our food arrived timely, but was just warm and the veal was very tough, over cooked.

We had to wait a long time (15 min) at the front desk, even though I had reservations. It also took a long time for our order to be taken. However, the service improved greatly after our order was taken. The server was pleasant, professional and helpful. The food was under seasoned but good. I was able to use the app InKind to pay, which was seamless. Overall, an okay experience.

We came for special occasion and wanted the salmon dish but waitress was told 15 minutes later they were completely out on Tuesday evening, ran out over the weekend very heartbroken. But was offered free dessert..

My husband and I were wanting date night and chose Bravo. It took over 10 minutes for us to be seated, despite our reservation and the restaurant having few tables seated. We were quickly greeted by the server and received our drinks while my husband went to the restroom. The restroom was out of paper towels. We were ready to order for over 10 minutes and during that time, our server was in our view talking to another employee the entire time. We ended up leaving money on the table for my soda and left. We were concerned about the quality of food and service based on the time it took to be seated and not being able to order food.

Took 20 minutes to get a server. when we did it took an hour to get our food and about 15 to get drinks. terrible service.

My wife ordered the Chicken Scaloppini and I got the Egg plant Parmesan. They were not only delicious but also plentiful. We both took home half of the meal. Our server (Elliot) was prompt, checked on us frequently and very kind - ask for him and you won't go wrong. Generally, we always have a great meal here. We weren't disappointed today.

Our food was very good but the servers were too busy to provide much attention to customers. Our food was taking a long time to prepare so our server finally checked, the cook apparently never saw the order so it took an unreasonable wait time for us. We were pleased that they acknowledged our anniversary with a free dessert. We will eat there again in the hope that they increase the server staff. By the way, our server was apologetic for our long wait and she was a pleasant person.

Bravo is always a solid choice for Italian food. However, this time the Alfredo sauce was very bland. The portions are great and the bread and oil are always pleasing

We always have a great experience at Bravo. Last night was an exception. The breadstsicks were warm at best, and we were not offered more when they were gone. The food was great as always. At the end, the melted butter sauce was spilled onto the table. Had to clean this up myself. As I said, the food was excellent as always. The experience was short of what we have always experienced here.

Hosted a birthday party of 25 on a Sunday. The staff, food, and ambiance were delightful. Parking also good. Opentable booking was easy. Didn't ask for banquet room when booking, but pleasantly surprised and grateful that's where we were seated. Everything was great.

Had reservations, it wasn't busy, still had to wait. It didn't seem like anyone knew what they were doing. Sat down and waited a half hour to be acknowledged. Finally someone came (after we asked the hostess about it) and said the person who was suppose to wait on us couldn't. I don't know, maybe they got sick. He took our orders, split a salad and it came out right away which was nice. I ordered an appetizer as a meal, my friend ordered parm chicken. The appetizer meal came out immediately after salads so it sat and got cold. My friends order came out 40 minutes after. We had to leave. Luckily I split my appetizer meal. We didn't get drink refills until we asked twice, and they came right when we had to leave. The food we got was good. What ended up being our take home food was overcooked. We had $15 off our bill. They didn't take it off. We had to go back and have them take it off. The best way to describe this experience was AWKWARD.
