I first want to say the customer service was excellent and the young lady that took my order was very polite. My issue is that this restaurant is almost 90 degrees in the lobby area. I can't imagine how hot it is in the kitchen area. Absolutely shameful. I asked if the air was working and was informed it has been out for a while. As an employee for the city of West Chester I will be reporting this. It is absolutely shameful that as a customer I cant sit inside without sweating and my 75 year old mother can't tolerate the heat inside of a resturant. This will fall on deaf ears probably but where is upper management? This is absolutely shameful

In town for a tournament. The young lady at the drive through was rude and wasn’t listening to ANYTHING I ordered. Was rushing me through the ordering. Got to the window and she missed a whole meal on the order, I just said forget it. Then when we looked at the sandwiches they were all wrong. Terrible service.

Every time I go through the drive thru, I always hope that Ellen is working! She is the sweetest woman, ever! She is always so happy and full of smiles! She's such a joy to talk to! I truly look forward to seeing her! She makes you feel like she's known you forever! She's the absolute best!

I’ve been sitting in the car nearly 20 minutes waiting on food. This is completely absurd. I’m now through the window. It took 45 minutes when I got to the window and asked the woman where they shortstaffed. She insisted there were four people here and the manager was in the back making the food. I said well that’s strange because both of my teenage sons who are 17 and 18 tried to apply and they said they’re not hiring teenagers so now people are waiting between 20 and 45 minutes for fast food. I insist it’s fast food. She throws her hands up like it didn’t even matter anyway guess we’ll start going to another Burger King. This is Westchester Ohio right off of a major highway. Exit ramp shouldn’t be that long. Looks like you guys need to do an overhaul. oh and to top it off the heavy said blonde haired girl in the window was completely rude and disrespectful chewing her gum just nasty little face. Good job Burger King. This is the face of your business 45 minutes to get through a drive-through unbelievable

Speaker box echos horribly and it’s very hard to communicate with staff through it. Also, the drive-through and another entrance off the one street has zero signs to say that it’s a one-way. It’s really unsafe. I had to pull aside and wait for my order which was fine cause they brought me something fresh and the gentleman came out and even went above and beyond to help me and brought me ketchup afterwards really good service sounds like bad management though if they aren’t fixing the speaker box or signage for parking.

Weekend staff is absolutely horrible, i ordered online multiple times and every time im waiting 15-25 min to get my order, when i finally get it the person is obvious hates their job, if they dont fix it this location is going to lose business, other coworkers already said they’re not going there, sucks i really love BK but they have track record of hiring and keeping lousy employees that causes them business

Was grateful the person on the speaker let me know it would be cheaper to buy a combo than just the sausage egg and cheese croissant and tater tots alone. Friendly staff. Food was hot. I'm assuming it took as long as it did because it was fresh. Flavor was really only mediocre...yes I realize it's just a fast food chain but Burger Kind used to be the best one.

Burger king just does not seem to taste as good as it once did. The fries also never seem to be cooked fully and they have no salt.
I had such a good lunch and I am so fulfilled! I came all the way to West Chester because they always give me fresh, hot food. The manager is always on point and making sure everyone has what they need. & Chasity at the front register has such a pleasant personality and aura. & she was right about those Churro Fries! I’ll be backkkkkkkkkk 💪🏾😍😊😊

Probably the worst managed BK between the Miamisburg and Sharonville exits. You cannot depend on the doors being open, even during the peak lunch periods. No forewarning, no signs to advise you not get out of your vehicle and use the drive thru. Very rude if you knock on the doors and question why.
