Probably the worst managed BK between the Miamisburg and Sharonville exits. You cannot depend on the doors being open, even during the peak lunch periods. No forewarning, no signs to advise you not get out of your vehicle and use the drive thru. Very rude if you knock on the doors and question why.

I paid for my order at the drive-thru waited over 10 minutes and never got my order don't trust this place.

I placed my online pick up order at 11:40am I pulled into the drive thru at 11:55am to a stand still after being stuck not able to move for 25 minutes I park and go inside to grab my food to find out they are out of all hamburger meat then proceeded to have to wait another 25 minutes these wait times are ridiculous and yall need to do better ppl only get 30 minute lunch breaks

Every so often I get a hankering for a Whopper. Today was such a day. First off, while not the fault of the workers, their broiler was broken so they had no Whoppers. They did have 10 Whopper Jrs left, so I had one of those. It took a long time to get my meal by fast food standards. I was shocked that a Whopper meal was nearly $10. Just crazy. The staff looked frazzled. Man, I remember the days when fast food was fast and cheap. No longer.
I always get great service and my order is always accurate. I appreciate the people working in this location. Thank you for good friendly service.

The restaurant lobby was locked. There was no sign indicating limited service. When someone finally came to the door, he was rude and unapologetic. He bluntly stated that they were short staffed and I needed to go to the drive-through. I suggested they put up a sign to let their guests know. He looked at me like I was unreasonable and said, "I'll tell somebody!" ? I decided Burger King didn't value my business, and I left without a meal.

Ordered the new spicy chicken, and only gave a regular chicken, after waiting 8 minutes to make it. Kind of disappointing. Guy was rude at window too for not being buisy at night.

Every time I make a mobile order,I always end up waiting about 15mins before getting my order. I thought the point of ordering online and picking up was to beat the waiting and save time. But all the BKs always make me wait for my online order
