Pulled up Friday afternoon to grab food before heading out of town. All of the cooks were out back smoking which caused delay with our order. We chose three different drinks that they were out of. Didn’t say anything about being out of the drinks until we got to the window.
The buns on the sandwiches were rock hard. Fries had no seasoning. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

The food was good. They don't have pennies anymore, so they keep the extra change. Dad tried getting a to go order and they were going to short him three cents. They only gave me a penny in change. The manager decided to give Dad his money back and not proceed with his order.

Everything about Burger King is disgusting and all the workers are unhygienic. Almost as if they’re hiring the workers off the street and putting them in aprons and hats. It’s truly disappointing to see what the world has come to today in the food economy. I tried to order on the phone and the lady started yelling into The call and started to cuss me and my daughter out when we didn’t even get a chance to order she threatened to call the police on my number and I fear she may be impaired. Good luck to all you try to eat at Burger King

So me and my family came here to eat it's 8:31 pm we walk in there was a few customers in there just for a guy manager or who ever he is said very rudely that the night manger bailed on them so he had to come in and close the store . When. I call the front door was not locked closes to the drive thru side . When I called the lady who answered the phone was very rude also . there was a guy mopping the lobby so there was 3 people in the store worker wise so I don't understand why close the manger and 2 employees there are causing this location to lose money it's a Friday night and at 830 at night oh btw when looking up the location it says your open till midnight . I will be contacting the corporate offices Monday this is really unacceptable

Was going to eat here, but all the employees are sitting out front smoking... all of them. Gross. You know they don't wash their hands. No way when you have to run in when a customer pulls up. Plus that's a sign food isn't fresh.

I first want to say the customer service was excellent and the young lady that took my order was very polite. My issue is that this restaurant is almost 90 degrees in the lobby area. I can't imagine how hot it is in the kitchen area. Absolutely shameful. I asked if the air was working and was informed it has been out for a while. As an employee for the city of West Chester I will be reporting this. It is absolutely shameful that as a customer I cant sit inside without sweating and my 75 year old mother can't tolerate the heat inside of a resturant. This will fall on deaf ears probably but where is upper management? This is absolutely shameful

In town for a tournament. The young lady at the drive through was rude and wasn’t listening to ANYTHING I ordered. Was rushing me through the ordering. Got to the window and she missed a whole meal on the order, I just said forget it. Then when we looked at the sandwiches they were all wrong. Terrible service.

Every time I go through the drive thru, I always hope that Ellen is working! She is the sweetest woman, ever! She is always so happy and full of smiles! She's such a joy to talk to! I truly look forward to seeing her! She makes you feel like she's known you forever! She's the absolute best!

I’ve been sitting in the car nearly 20 minutes waiting on food. This is completely absurd. I’m now through the window. It took 45 minutes when I got to the window and asked the woman where they shortstaffed. She insisted there were four people here and the manager was in the back making the food. I said well that’s strange because both of my teenage sons who are 17 and 18 tried to apply and they said they’re not hiring teenagers so now people are waiting between 20 and 45 minutes for fast food. I insist it’s fast food. She throws her hands up like it didn’t even matter anyway guess we’ll start going to another Burger King. This is Westchester Ohio right off of a major highway. Exit ramp shouldn’t be that long. Looks like you guys need to do an overhaul. oh and to top it off the heavy said blonde haired girl in the window was completely rude and disrespectful chewing her gum just nasty little face. Good job Burger King. This is the face of your business 45 minutes to get through a drive-through unbelievable
