Never have been in a restaurant with such a disrespectful staff, order taker was not friendly....no smiles, had to keep repeating the order, screamo music playing from Bluetooth speaker on service counter, when we asked to have it turned down or off the"manager" stated then he would have to listen to the crap playing in the restaurant even though he had an earbud in his ear, he was also touching his phone and the food without washing his hands! GROSS!! Food order was wrong so asked for our money back.....the driver thru attendant said you should have ordered correctly!! What a waste of time for family!Sunday, 3/10/24 approximately 11:45

Visited on Jan 28th...my order was completely wrong. I called the store several times and the phone just rang... I sent an email to the guest relations per the app... after 2 attempts to the email...still no response. Won't be going back unless I get a response.

Multiple awful orders. Drive through girl was rude and wouldn't give me a recipient when I said they forgot things in my order. Then gave me wrong nasty food when I checked. Do not eat hear. No wonder their parking lot always empty.

In side was closed and wasn't able to avoid the 25 minute wait at the drive thru. No post on the door with explanation. I get out of my car in the cold rain as many people did as I sat in drive thru waiting to order. Common Courtesy to your customers would have been to put a note on the door. Maybe even updating your website.I completely understand being short staff Can be overwhelming. I can be patient. I can wait.'s the principle at matters to me. Take a minute, hang a sign on your door and let people know that you're not allowing customers on the inside.Once I pull to the order menu. I wait it and complete silence without being greeted. Again, common courtesy, please take a moment. Look at the menu, I'll be right with you. For me this goes a long way.Once I ordered my fand got to the window. I was given my total I didn't wait long for the food, When I received my food and my receipt nothing what said. Again, another opportunity to say. I'm sorry about your weight or even a thank you for choosing Burger King. Would have been nice.There was several opportunities To make a better professional approach during this experience on your part. However, no attempt was made.Hopefully for the next customer, It was a fail for me.

Came in for a late Lunch was treated quickly an friendly . My order looked like it was from the commercial made with care . You rarely get this from fast food chains . All the tables were clean and the food was delicious! The staff there are running the establishment right ?
Love the remodel. Food was great. Fast, fresh and hot. Place was clean. Service was excellent and frankly best bk experience I've had in a very long time!
