3rd day in a row i haven’t gotten a fork lol how do you eat mac n cheese without one. Need a better system. Shouldn’t need 3 trips to my car for 3 items.
The fries are good and My chicken. Nuggets are good and kids can play as long as they are under 54 inches.

This has to be the slowest, most unorganized Chick-fil-A I've been too. Mind you, I'm in line while I write this review. It's been over 15 mins at the pickup window.
I will drive 10+ miles just to go to another location next time.

This is now the second time I’ve had an issue at this particular location. I’ve never had any issues at the Liberty location but tonight the Voice of America location made me wait over 20 minutes for my drive through order at the end of the building, and admitted they forgot about me. What’s the point of placing an online order to go on the app?

The food was great as always, But one of the workers was terrible with me. I was ordering my meal and he kept asking me if i was going to be the one eating it all since it seemed like a lot. Offended!!! I’m not coming to this location again.
