This has to be the slowest, most unorganized Chick-fil-A I've been too. Mind you, I'm in line while I write this review. It's been over 15 mins at the pickup window.

I will drive 10+ miles just to go to another location next time.

This is now the second time I’ve had an issue at this particular location. I’ve never had any issues at the Liberty location but tonight the Voice of America location made me wait over 20 minutes for my drive through order at the end of the building, and admitted they forgot about me. What’s the point of placing an online order to go on the app?

The food was great as always, But one of the workers was terrible with me. I was ordering my meal and he kept asking me if i was going to be the one eating it all since it seemed like a lot. Offended!!! I’m not coming to this location again.

This is a very busy Chick-fil-a. Close to Kings Island, the traffic is heavy and the parking lot is tiny, however, the staff was very friendly, as I’ve found with many Chick-fil-a’s. The food was on point as well. I tried the Spicy chicken this time. I wasn’t overly impressed, I think I’d rather have the original, but it was still very good. If you’re like me and have to have Chick-fil-a whenever you’re nearby one, fight the traffic and stop in!

I went there today around 1:30PM. I was really impressed, super impressed. First time when I went to a fastfood place and had a service like a nice reataurant even better than the last restaurant that I went last week. From the beginning, to enter, one of the guys who helped cars on the drive through saw that I help my company walking, he went and opened the door for us. Everything inside was clean and sanitized. Then inside all the people were welcoming and helping. So they help you to be seated, then give you the menu and give you time to choose. While choosing, manager came and asked if we want water or anything till we order. Then the waiter came and take our order which was super friendly and helpful. Then the tasty food came to our table. Then after some time the manager came to check that everything is okay. I was really impressed. That is super excellent service. Excellent manager even better than managers in high rank restaurants. Super friendly staff. I would love to recommend it to everyone who want to have excellent time. If the chain has an award I would rank this manager and staff for this award

I was forced to use this location due to the remodel of a different location. I was having issues with the app, and called in to place my order for an 11:30 pickup as this was my eta. I was told I could not place the order over the phone (something I have done many times at other locations, with much bigger orders.) The manager was incredibly rigid and unhelpful. Luckily I went back to the app, subtracted 1 sandwich from the order which fell into its threshold and placed the order online. If only the manager was as helpful as the app… In the future I will plan accordingly and drive an extra 10 min to avoid this location, and I will advise others to do the same.
