I have been to location several times and always something wrong with my order. It’s like pulling teeth to get more than 1 tiny sauce packet even if you request it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A because of the manager on duty. While the crew members were polite and genuinely tried to help, the manager was rude, unprofessional, and did not assist his team at all. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he accused us of trying to steal 30 nuggets that were never in our bag to begin with.
It took over 40 minutes to finally receive our full order because so much food was missing. The situation could have been handled quickly and respectfully, but the manager’s attitude made it worse. The crew deserves credit for staying kind and helpful under pressure, but management seriously needs improvement.
Ps : ignoring the problem doesn’t solve the it, if you see your crew needs help than you should be helping them.
The food was good, our order was correct. The restrooms were clean, which is always important. There is a play place and it open, which causes much excitement to the children there. The employee walking around was kind and helpful.

Stopped here with my young grandkids. I bought them milkshakes and a box of chicken nuggets and waffle fries. Do you think I got to eat any of the nuggets or fries. Nope. These kids are picky eaters but they love Chick-fil-A. Ended up buying another large box of nuggets and fries and they ate them as well. On top of that the staff was very nice, talked to my grandkids, and cleaned up a spill all while smiling. Nice job all!

Love this new place. Within walking distance for me. Wish they had outlets at every table. But food and service are excellent.

Was happy to have this new location open and eager to try the new mobile check-in “fast lane”. Was a complete disaster. I sat in the front spot of the mobile line waiting. 5 minutes ago by. 7-8 cars went through the regular drive-thru and got food. A line started forming behind me in the mobile lane. Another 5 minutes go by. At this point I’ve watched approx. 20 cars get their food in lane next to me. 15 minutes go by! At this point they’re bringing orders out to cars behind me in the mobile lane. But those people can’t leave because I’m stuck upfront blocking them. At almost 20 min. I go up to the kid handing out food and demand an explanation. He said he gave our food away awhile ago and was sorry. They were remaking the order. I explain how long I’ve been waiting and gesture to the people behind me that are impatient and blowing their horns at me and the crew working since they’re stuck. I go back to car and wait more until the guy brings me the food. I quickly scan the bags and there’s zero sauces in there despite us ordering over a dozen. I have to get back out and march back to the window further stalling the mobile lane to request the missing sauces. At this point the mobile lane is at least ten cars long. Somehow even though the order was remade the fries were somehow cold and my sandwich had cheese on it despite being ordered without it. Upon arriving home discovered they forgot the dessert I’d ordered too. The whole ordeal was stressful and frustrating and ridiculous. Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit there. I’ll have to travel further for Chick-fil-A if I ever give them another chance.

This is by far the best Chick-fil-A franchise in the area. I haven't eaten at Chick-fil-A three times in a year I tried this one on Monday this week and I've eaten it every day. I like a breaded chicken sandwich in this location does it perfectly it reminds me of when I was a kid. I actually went out of my way to tell the manager how excellent I thought that it was and and to try and maintain consistency but everything was perfectly cooked chicken Was Juicy every time the breading was crisp flavorful and not falling off the sandwich like a lot of these other locations in the area that have fallen off after they're openings. Tyler runs a tight ship and I can't say enough about this place

It is a very convenient location and a beautiful new store that is bright and clean and offers a little play area for kids. We went in opening week and they handled the crowd so we'll! We ordered and got our food way faster than I expected. The food was delicious and their staff was very attentive, coming by to refill our drinks and check on us multiple times. I love this new location!

Wow! Talk about service! Tyler at this location is absolutely amazing! Went above and beyond at every turn. I had to do a corporate catered lunch on a budget for 100 people and Tyler made it happen! He took my order, called me to see if I needed anything else, ran by extras with me that I was missing and didn’t realize! Delivered on time and hot! I have never used Chick-Fil-A for catering, but from now on, Tyler and his team are my go to!!!

This is a great location for CFA. It's a little closer to where we live than the ones we used to frequent. As usual the food is great, and what I was most excited to see was they have an indoor playground! Hopefully, CFA will continue to build their restaurants with playgrounds since that is what will draw families!
