Every so often I try this location because it's closer to my house and forget why I stopped ordering here. Chipotle is always uneven, but this place is an absolute disaster. Guaranteed your pickup will be both late and wrong. My lunchtime order in particular had no fajita veggies on a veggie bowl and fajita chicken bowl because who knows. Didn't find that out till I got home of course. Meanwhile a lady patiently waiting on her lunch break for almost 30 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready for pickup was on verge of tears because she kept being asked by the front line staff if she was sure she ordered from that location because her order wasn't showing. She had proof and showed it no less than 4 different times and yet they still persisted to tell her they couldn't give her food. They kept going in the back and coming back out telling her they didn't have her order, walking away. It was insane. Finally the manager came out and said she would make her food after a number of other people sympathizing with her plight backed her up. What a disaster. NEVER again. This franchise location needs to be shut down and reopened by someone that has a clue. Nobody should have their day ruined just trying to get some food on their lunch break. Manage this place properly and hire some people that give a damn.

The ONLY reason I ate here is because I had free entrees from my abysmal order at Beckett Ridge. Online order was due at 4p and when I pulled up an employee seemed to be hanging out in the parking lot doing who knows what. When he walked in to the restaurant with us another employee threatened to write him up. At least five employees seemed to be watching the two employees who were actually working. Our online order wasn’t ready until 4:10 and when it came out the milk was hot and the food was cold. The employee who was in the parking lot never washed his hands. Every time I eat here I feel like I’m going to get food poisoning. You just can’t make up how bad Chipotle is across the board now.

Why is this place always busy? This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I placed an order, asked for extra meat on 2 bowls and got chips. There were all of 5 chips in the bag and they were as stale as if they were made 2 days ago. I also could literally count the pieces of chicken in my bowl that I paid extra for!!! Food was disgusting. Not to mention when my son went to pick it up he was informed their printer must not be working because they didn’t get the order so he had to wait 20 mins to get the food that we place an order for 40 mins prior. I am appalled. The management here needs fired!!! Call and get attitude about how they are sorry, but can’t help me!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This Chipotle is consistently the worst in the area in terms of ingredient availability. I have gone there hours before closing only to be informed that many of the ingredients are not available. Those that are available are definitely not fresh. Not to mention, the wait times are some of the longest of any Chipotle in the area as well. Now I actively avoid this location as there are much better ones within an acceptable driving distance.

I am not that person who usually reviews my food. I am a vegetarian, So I ordered Rice with pinto beans, fajitas veggies, salsa, red sauce on side and 2 tortillas on side. I ate Few spoons and realized what doesn't seem like a veggie. I feel disgusted that they mixed my food with meat. I have a weak stomach and in it looks like steak.Do better Chipotle's

Far from the Chipolte standard!I visited this location to dine in before 9pm, far from closing (11pm). Missing many of the food offerings (white rice, all beans, fajita, some meats) and the remaining items looked to have been sitting for a while. No active cooking for replenishment. Barely was able to create the two burrito bowl order. Not many people in line, customers behind us left after seeing the state of the place. Staff was unfriendly and acted we were a complete bother, and packed the order to go without asking...as probably a good idea as the entire restaurant was filthy, unkept, and trash overflowing. Very disassiffied with this franchise location and will not return despite the convenient location in VoA.
