Another disappointment from Chipolte. They are rationing the protein and loading your meal with rice. It also took over 15 minutes to get through the line and there was maybe 10 people in front of us.

Still stingy with proportion sizes got smart with me and told me I should’ve asked for more as I had told him what I wanted in my tacos kept getting smart with me. I made him throw the whole thing away and I walked out.
August 31st 2:00pm This place had the worst customer service. I arrived there about 1:50pm the place was a complete unsanitary and a mess. There was an awful smell in the air that took me by surprise. I told her I was here to pick up an order. The first person I talked to said it would be ready in about 13 minutes. So I sat and waited, and then I went back up there and told them again that I was still waiting, and they seemed really irritable and ticked off, and said that there was no order under that name. They said the person with that name had picked up the order 30 minutes ago, which wasn’t at all possible because my sister had just placed the order 15 minutes ago. They told me to call the person that had placed the order so I did, which was my sister and then I showed them the order confirmation on my phone that she had placed it. They looked at me and gave me a face like I was completely lying and made the whole thing up. Then they told me to go ahead and call someone else to see if they had already picked an order So I made another phone call to make sure no one else picked it up which I already knew 100% no one had. They said they were going to make it, but they were clearly angry with me that I had inconvenienced them. They took an extremely long time to prepare the food. The place was pretty empty. Two other people came in front of me got their orders done almost immediately. I sat there and waited for a long time and they kept giving me dirty looks over and over again. I tried to be friendly and said to one of the staff members that I understand that mistakes will be made but they were completely uncaring and seem very annoyed with me. The women in front of me gave me a dirty expression and said that’s just my face. They all seem to completely hate their jobs! They couldn’t just admit that they messed up the order. Why couldn’t they have been way more understanding and considerate! And made me look like a complete fool! One of the orders just had rice and tortilla. Nothing was labeled. There were no forks no napkins and most of the ingredients were not on mine. Everything was a complete messy. I was extremely disappointed and Angry.
i got charged for two bowls and i only got one because the manager said and i quote “ if we struggle to close the lid it counts as two bowls “ . never again with that location !

Always short staffed, always out of something. I agree with several of the other reviews, calling out cleanliness. Online orders are consistently 20+ minutes late. Gave up waiting for my online order one time, was provided a number to call for refund. I was offered a free burrito, instead of my money back for an order I never received. Today at noon, was told they were short staffed, and it would be 15 - 20 minutes before they would start taking walk in orders. Do better.

I ordered 3 bowls and one of them was for my 5 yr old. There chicken bowl was so spicy for my son that i requested for some plain rice and some beans just to help tone it down a bit and the lady Aayana who works their said that she would charge me extra for that. I told her well its so spicy for him but she wasnt accommodating. Wow! What customer service for kids. We are not looking for free rice and beans. She can come over and I can feed 10x more to her. Shame on chipotle!

The guy serving was a nice guy and made a good burrito. Urgency was not a priority. There were no forks and he stopped service to fill the plastic ware. The store was understaffed.

They are simply not open the times that are listed on the door of the restaurant. Ive tried multiple times now to get lunch at 11:15 which is 30-45 minutes post opening time to find locked doors.
This location is ABSOLUTELY awful, poor service, poor quality, filthy . No Onions/peppers, No chips Everyone MUST avoid this place. Management should be fired and then close it up.

Service at Union Centre is a joke. The staff not having an item that I order online and pay for is somehow my fault. How are they out of green salsa and when I ask for a sub of queso since its their error, I'm at fault and if I want a sub I need to pay the up charge. No, how about having what I ordered and then I wouldn't have asked for queso.

Service was terrible. I ordered online for a pick up at 11:20am. The app allowed me to order and they said they open at 10:45am. I get into the store. They then inform me they are closed and cannot take order or finish online orders. This is not the first time this store has not been ready at open. I had to leave because my lunch break was over and I never received my food. The store was unable to refund my order at the counter. I had to cancel through the app, which tool several attempts until i got to a customer service agent.

I've been here multiple times and they always shaft you on serving size to the point when you get your rice you can still see the bottom of the bowl
