Chipotle Mexican Grill

Second time I’ve come to this location and they’re out of everything on the menu. Tonight they were out of chips, guac, sour cream, fajitas, and tortillas. Everyone acts like the customers are the problem when you act surprised or confused they can’t make a burrito. Management needs to step up.

They served me cold chicken and I called to get a refund and they refused to give me a one but instead would send me a coupon for a BUY ONE GET ONE. Are you joking!? So I couldn’t eat my food or get my money back and wasted 10 minutes of my time talking to a person that didn’t care. If I could give 0 stars I would. Won’t be going back.

Just received carry out order...burrito ordered with steak and no steak in it, and 2 burrito bowls with barbacoa - 1 had 2 small pieces and the other had 3. No more Chipotle for this household!

I'd not had a burrito bowl in quite a while. I found the food to be tasteless. Workers were going through the motions...no personality and not friendly. Chips were okay.

I hope you all know you will be remaking my order in the morning. This is literally the worst chipotle I've had in the history of chipotle. "WE'RE OUT OF CHEESE!" TELL ME YOU ARE OUT OF EVERYTHING AND DONT FEEL LIKE WORKING ANY MORE FOR THE NIGHT. Then the audacity to tell me just complain you'll get free guacamole..I don't even eat guacamole and this is unacceptable. I'm not even putting this near my mouth!

One of the worst run Chipotle I have been to. They have seven people working but only ONE preparing orders as people come in, even though there is a line out the door. Then there is the person who every time I've been here just stands at the cash register doing nothing while at least everyone else is working hard. He even put on gloves and started to make something himself, ignoring us in line, before the other staff member returned and he told her to make him a quesadilla for his wife. Not only that but their food prep station is very messy, food everywhere. Food mixing. Would not recommend for anyone with allergies. Very disappointed.

Went last week to pick up my mobile order. Waited at the chipotlane window over 5 minutes bc I was told it wasn’t ready even though it was 5+ minutes after the scheduled time. When I got home I realized we got someone else’s order. Tried to submit a complaint on the chipotle website and nothing ever came of it. Tried to submit my complaint again this week and was told they can’t help me bc it’s been too long. I’m usually not one to complain but this particular location has gotten my order wrong time and time again or not had items and we were told that they can only refund through chipotle.com. Pretty sure they’re just hoping people give up so they don’t have to do the right thing.

Workers didn’t comprehend English well, didn’t give me what I asked for, management testing food next to customers not caring about long lines, 11 employees and 1 customer served about every 2 minutes cause of comprehension

I was the only one in line and noone was offering to help. A young man came up with a female who was not able to speak English well but was trying however she did say she was supposed to leave. The young man saw a friend come in behind me and said "I'm getting his order" the female looked at me and walked away. The young man started talking to this friend over the counter for a few minutes then realized the female was not helping me. He asked me what I wanted and I told him the first item and he walked away and went back to the young kid. The female walked up and attempted to help but had no idea what I was saying and put her jacket on and walked away. The kid finished his friends order then came back and said did iyou need something else. I said yes I'd like to complete my order I was not done. He said I thought she was helping and I said she tried but she didn't understand. He finished my order finally but this was insane. I realize we hire children but a manager needs to be onsite to minor
Monitor and train. They need guidance or this is what happens.

Ordered a bowl with light black beans they gave me all the black beans and some pinto beans too absolutely made it disgusting too much black bean juice ruined the whole thing.

Second time I have received food from this location that had hair in it. The first occurrence I went back to the store and a replacement was provided. The second occurrence (today) I attempted to call the store for a refund but could not reach a team member. I submitted a complaint online. I will not be returning to this location.

This location has really went down hill. The pics i attached were from when i went inside to place a to-go order at 8pm! Door says they close at 11pm. So I’m not understanding why this establishment look filthy and disgusting. There were lots of items that they ran out of including cheese. Again, this was at 8pm on a Wednesday. This place was disgusting. I just walked out after the worker said they were out of stuff. SMH!!!!
