Food was a good value for the money, portions were solid.
Service, however, felt pretty cold. There was no greeting and I honestly felt a bit ignored throughout the meal. It may have just been an off day, but it stood out—especially since nearby tables seemed to get more attention.
The chips were disappointing: clumped together and not fully cooked, not crispy at all.
Overall, the food was mid—slightly above Taco Bell in taste. I considered leaving early, but the chips had already been brought out.
That said, I still gave 5 stars because I think most people would be happy with it, and for the price point it delivers what many expect.

All was good except no one was at the desk to welcome us, and it took some time before someone showed up. It was not busy. We were the only ones waiting.

The full staff was looking and treating me and my friend like we were aliens. The drink came out in a different cup than the advertised picture. The restaurant was not crowded. The food came out in 2 scoops of each item in a the listed items , cold, and dried out. 7 was told I received the special salsa for the day but it was darker than the original salsa we received with the chips for appetizer. It was served warm in the container. The atmosphere was pretty to look at but a cold negative feel of energy. People that were sitting after we were received their food way before we did and 2 sets of chips to snack on while we waited for our food. Food taste like a bowl of animal treats. The waiter disappeared and we had to stand by kitchen to wait for a person to help us get salsa and napkins. Seem like the full staff disappeared. I would have rather been ask to leave the restaurant.

Called in a pick up order for rice queso and chicken. On a Tuesday night at 7:10 and got a text saying my order would be ready at 7:35. It is 7:50 now and I am sitting in the lobby of this chuys watching the manager (because there’s no hosts) Tell people walking in the restaurant that it’s going to be an hour wait basically sending them back out the door when the restaurant is half empty. I have seen three separate parties leave. Not to mention, he is pacing around in circles eyes bloodshot. It looks like he’s clearly on something. Still no to go order ready the manager has hardly acknowledged me.

We had 4 orders of tacos and two kids meals. After waiting for over an hour for our food, we asked for the check and then they tried to bring us some of the food we ordered. We won’t be back. There are plenty of good Mexican options in West Chester with good service.

The food was heavily salted. The rice was flavorless with a bizarre aftertaste that literally turned my stomach. The waitress was pleasant enough, but the service was slow. It took a long time to get the food. The atmosphere was comfortable enough. We will not eat there again.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced, workers were passive aggressive to my aunt (Todd) , food came out cold , tortillas were hard , chicken uncooked , don’t come here
Came in on a Monday night at 7:30 and had to wait for a table even with call ahead. The call ahead didn’t seem to matter as even though we checked in on the app we still had to get the hostess’s attention. We waiting over and hour for a food which was sub par at best. This location has really gone down.

I am very pleased as this is my second time eating care. My first experience was not the greatest customer service but I am very happy. I’ve chosen this restaurant to eat at for lunch today. I had a server by the name of Emma and she was absolutely amazing great personality moved at such a fast pace and had everything correct as I was sitting down eating alone just watching I’ve noticed she was slammed with a couple bigger tables and she handled them with great attitude. If you go to this restaurant ask for EMMA.
