Great service, great food, walked in around 750 ish dined with the family. They closed at 9 and still let us in. I initially ordered 2 tender kids meal but was charged for 1 but the boss man was so nice and got me another for no charge. Really appreciate that!

I picked up a fairly large order for my workplace today. When I arrived about 5 mins early, it was all on the counter and Katie was bagging it all up for me.I asked if she didn't mind to please check off on my receipt against what she had and she was more than happy to help!We have quite a few items and Katie was absolutely on the spot with making sure it was all there, making sure I didn't need help getting it to my car and making sure I had all of the proper utensils and anything else I could think of.All in all it was a great experience dealing with City BBQ and, more importantly, Katie. Sho kept a smile on her face and exceeded my customer service expectations. Great, or even good, customer service is tough to come by these days. I like to make sure I give good reviews when I have great customer service. I don't only post the bad ones like some people.Thanks City BBQ and thanks to Katie for making sure everything was correct and I had everything I needed!!!
