Crimson Cup Coffee Shop - West Chester

Odd location inside a bank. Has a nice patio though. The coffee is drinkable but not very good. Bagged coffee does not have roast dates (just best-by dates), staff doesn’t know much about the coffee on the shelf. It works in a pinch; I tend to stick to the cold brew which isnt as harsh as their hot coffees.

It's a really cute shop and great for a third space to work on homework or anything else you want to focus on. The food is really good too with my favorite being the plant based breakfast sandwich.

Went there for the first time had the s’mores mocha. Awful, it had a hint of coffee flavor but mostly tastes like a cup of chocolate milk with Hershey's syrup, sprinkled with cinnamon powder. Will stick to Starbucks.

Oddly merged with a bank (never seen this before!😄) but cozy ambience and good coffee! That one lady was so sweet to us, lovely service! Will be definitely coming back if I get the chance.

Different coffee options when you are tired of basic coffee house options, gluten free pastries from Chubby Bunny, good space to sit and work but very quiet so socializing feels awkward

It's a nice place attached to the credit union. No real cups only paper so kinda gave me a Starbucks feel. The coffee was good and the service was friendly. They have a patio so looking forward to stopping here on a warm spring day when I'm in the area

DONT GET THE MATCHA
There is really no reason why I should l be paying 6 dollars for a matcha latte and have to go home and fix it because it was made wrong … twice
I went through the drive thru and it was literally just chunky matcha and milk. I went inside and asked if it still came with honey and vanilla and the barista had no clue what I was talking about ( not his fault )whoever was running this shift should have monitored him when he offered to make it a second time because it was made wrong again . This is why I stopped coming here months ago a because the matcha is never to a consistent standard .ive been a barista for years and I don’t get why I can’t get a simple matcha latte

crimson cup is so good! it was my first time and i got the Hot Chocolate Freeze-which was a 10/10!! i differently will be back! :)

Crimson Cup is the best coffee establishment in the area. Much higher quality than Starbucks. Armando‘s blend beans ground up and brewed is the best cup of coffee you’ll ever drink. Highly recommended! Give it a try!
