I’ve been going to Crimson cup since I moved into the area.My in cafe experience today was a little below par. I stood at the checkout register for atleast 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged me.Finally when I was acknowledged it was another 5 mins before anyone took my order.I look forward to my cafe experience and despite me ordering my coffee ‘for here’ I got it in a to go cup :(Their coffee is good but always a little heavier on the milk.I do want to say that the staff is friendly when they finally attend to you. I feel maybe a little training in customer service might go a long way. I would hate to see my favorite neighborhood cafe go down because of poor customer etiquette .

Great coffee shop. Lots of comfortable seating. Decent Internet access. The breakfast sandwich on a ciabatta roll was pretty good.Coffee was good, although I like mine a bit darker than their standard cup.Atmosphere was good, but two different music sources was a bit annoying. Simultaneous Pink Floyd and 80s pop was a bit much.

Went for the first time today. This location has excellent seating for someone who likes to work for a few hours at a time, good coffee, and a very friendly and helpful staff. I hope to come back soon!

I haven't been this loyal to a coffee shop since I went to the convenient store inside my lit building in university. The baristas are always so sweet, the coffee is good, the muffins are ample and delectable. I have been getting their Mayan mocha lately and it tastes like a liquid brownie.Kid-friendliness: They have pastries for kids and coloring pages and crayons available so they can have a fun activity.Wheelchair accessibility: On the ground floor with door buttons, counter to order is low. Plenty of tables where you can hav a chair moved to sit. They usually leave drinks on a high top counter, but there's usually enough workers so someone can run the drink to you.

This was not professional, and I really hope this is not how they treat all of their customers/ potential partners.

If you would like a dependable coffee with food options, and a drive-through, you will be satisfied with this place!! I wasn't overwhelmed by how delicious the latte was, but it was good! And I wasn't necessarily impressed with their food options, but I appreciate the convenience of having oatmeal and sandwiches. they also sell great cookies! The order was prepared quickly, and the service was very friendly. You won't be disappointed with coming here... you just might not be blown away either..

What a nice coffee shop and the coffee they brew is really, really good. I'm a straight up Americano (black - no cream, sugar, or flavoring) so the taste of the coffee is really important to me. And since we were staying we got real mugs!! Score!! I'm not a paper cup lover when I'm sitting down in a cafe.This coffee shop is an unusual setup but I really enjoyed the way it was laid out. It is combined with a credit union so it had ample seating, really nice little study booths, and a small conference room that could be utilized. My friend and I sat in very comfy leather chairs by a large window, and although there were plenty of other people there, we could hear each other well and couldn't hear other conversations. Maybe they utilize white noise - idk - but it was great to have a real chat in a coffee house and to also feel like we had some privacy.We didn't eat anything today but I gave 5 stars because they serve Chubby Bunny bakery items - an allergy friendly, completely vegan & gluten free bakery located in Hamilton that is insanely good.
