3 hours later... multiple calls, spoke to GM, Sandy. I was assured our order would be here in 30 min (already 1 hour late). Still waiting an hour later. 3 hours after order placed
The food was hot but the pizza tasted different than usual. Our whole party agreed. Not sure if they've changed something but not as good as it used to be.
I went with the Calzone and although it tasted okay. There was way more bread than I expected. If the flavor was as good as it was then this review would have been a 3. Ordered online. Walked from hotel I was staying.
This place is the worst. Food is always late, pizza always cold. I keep forgetting and ordering it again but always have the same experience. They delivered my pizza late and it was the wrong one this time. I called 2 minutes after the driver left and they told me he would be back in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later he shows up with another cold pizza. At least it was the right order..

Morgan and Sandy are quite a amazing set of managers.They helped me out after uber eats had gotten the order wrong. Oh and the pizza was on point.
I placed an order over the phone and when I arrived, they claimed there was no record of it. I showed the number I called, and they confirmed it was the correct location, but did not believe I placed an order. Customer service was rude and I will not be back.

The perfect example of flushing your Marketing dollars right down the toilet. I saw an ad as I was watching the Bengals game, so I decided to order a pizza from this location. When I called the person answering, the phone was not able to understand my address, so she had to give the phone to somebody else. I tried to place my order, and the person that originally answer the phone came back to get the card info to pay. She could not understand the credit card numbers, so she handed it back to the other person again. Meanwhile, both of them decided to take six minutes and wait on somebody else In the middle of my order.
The original woman who answered the phone and could not get the numbers right on anything, then gets back on the phone for a third time and asked me to provide her my credit card information again. Again, she was unable to understand what I was telling her. I’ve been going to this location for 15 years. It is not worth the hassle and spending 15 minutes trying to put an order in over and over again because the place is run so poorly. There are six other pizza places literally within a half mile or less.
It just goes to show you, that you can have amazing marketing That drives people to your location, but poor service can negate those results quickly And lose long-term customers quickly.
The store wasn't much to look at but we enjoyed that they were decorated for Halloween. The pizza was just as a Donatos pizza should be. I love their pepperoni. Our family of 4 had already hit the works hard before I remembered to take pictures. I didn't particularly like the meats pizza but that's just about preference. The kids behind the counter were friendly and helpful. It was a good experience.

Sorry, but this place has gone way down hill over the years. The service is absolutely the worst, and this isn't from just one experience. I don't go there often but when I do it's just terrible, Inside and out. Donatos used to be good and tasty. Now all their pizzas just taste old and like they've been frozen before they cooked them. The last couple times I've been to this location the pizza has not been good. There's never any customers there so I can't see how this place will stay open much longer. I'd sayI'm not the only one that feels this way. It's a shame really.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I ordered online…15 minutes AFTER it said it would be ready, they hadn’t even started the order. But never received any notification that it was delayed. Guy in store said it’s never accurately reflects the store’s volume. Then what’s the point??
