Last three time I visited, the drinks were only about 3/4 full. One visit I was given a coffee instead of the chai tea latte I ordered. Another I ordered a hot chai tea latte and it was room temperature. And another I had to pull around and wait 15 min for my order. Ended up having to go in to remind them. And there was no one else there at the time...... People working there either need more training or need to care more.

Waited 20 minutes for food then told they were out after hearing the employees didnt even know how to make it, couldnt get a refund because no one knew how to and couldnt call a manager, bathroom was dirty, our compensation food was put in the bag upside down and messed up

The girl with glasses working there 5/01 at 6:15 was beyond rude. I walked in and ordered a small hot coffee. She proceeded to stare at me and asked me to use the kiosk to order. I ordered …she stood there moving cups around then grabbed a small cup and pored coffee from another cup that was sitting on the counter, I asked her if I could get coffee from the container they normally pour from, she said no because she cleaned it already. I told her not that the coffee she was trying to give me was cold and sitting there for who knows how long. She walks away, I asked are you going to make coffee she repeats I already cleaned it, I said well you don’t close until 7 and if I contacted corporate they wouldn’t agree with what your doing. She finally makes coffee slams it on the counter and walks away. 😡 like was it so hard to do that? It’s not like I was ordering something difficult to make. If she didn’t want to serve me she shouldn’t have made me pay and wait to then tell me she didn’t feel like making fresh coffee

Stopped at Dunkin’ Donuts on a Sunday morning to get my caramel craze latte. They ended up giving me chocolate sauce on top and I asked for caramel. I absolutely hate chocolate sauce. Instead of making me a new drink, they quite literally scraped off the chocolate sauce and all of the whip whipped cream and Drizzled caramel on top of where the chocolate and whipped cream (that I paid for) used to be. Absolutely lazy as far as I am concerned. I will not be back to this location. I might add that they also got our food order incorrect as well. If you can’t do the job; don’t go to work.

Walked into the store to order small hot coffee with sweet cold foam. There was a woman, not taking orders, told the young man at the cash register “Shw can’t have that.” I asked why not and she said “cold foam is only for cold drinks.” When I told her every other Dunkin does it she doubled down. I then put my hands up and said “fine” and walked out. She was very rude. By reading recent reviews, she may have done me a favor. Apparently this store is the worse Dunkin store in the greater Cincinnati area. Dunkin may want to look into the behavior of the people running this store.

There was one chick running around doing everything and everyone else was lost. The kid who took our order messed it up only gave us one drink (made wrong) and didn’t add the second drink to our order. When we said something we received a smaller drink than we originally ordered. If they can get their staff on board to know how to push the right buttons on the register and actually have each others backs (instead of expecting one person to do everything) so customers can receive quick and good service this place might ok.

Every time you come to this location they jip you on size that you get of coffee. I ordered a large and there is at least an inch Gap of what could have been filled. This will be my absolute last visit. Here the atmosphere sucks.

This location is the absolute worst. Dunkin is notorious for drinks being good sometimes and bad other times, but they're ALWAYS bad here. It's either watered down creamer or watered down coffee. The staff thinks it's a joke to make an incorrect drink, laughing while handing it to you and rushing you away. I've come to this location quite a few times and I won't be returning anymore. Visit Starbucks, 7brew, or even speedway for a better coffee!

Ordered online and took them 45 minutes to make the drink. Tried to cancel the entire order and said there was no manager on staff to do it. Plus my drink was made wrong.

3/27/25 @615 am, stopped at this DD on my drive to Dayton. Very rude and annoyed greeting from the lady working the window. Received my order: coffee lukewarm and hash-browns ice cold. This is beyond unacceptable Of course I called with no answer. Unfortunately, I was unable to turn around to get a refund. However, I will be back with my receipt upon my return on Sunday. Allow this review to serve as notice of my complaint.
