I’ve been here a number of times and every time it’s dirty. The tables and seats always have crumbs from previous guests, the counter where you pay needs wiping, and I watched them prepare a drive thru order and the cups were sitting in wet coffee that was handed to the driver to put the nastiness in their cup holder. Oh yeah, there’s also a dirty rack that holds doughnuts sitting out in the guest area. They need to clean up!

This is the third time this month, my order has been messed up. I usually order a mocha creme frozen coffee LG, but I've been handed the wrong size, wrong dronk entirely, and it was rang in wrong. I get that they get busy but theirs no need to mess up an order so many times.
