Stale and hard, literally disgusting. Their donuts are frozen and they thaw them out. Makes sense. So many places, this is a desperation type place. Nasty.

The customer service it is 0 and I understand you’ve been busy, but if you finish have the driver through people and I’ve been standing in the front after that one of the workers say I’ll be with you and I wait after that the second worker she came and she helped me and I ask about just two items she make me the first one that drinks and the second one should’ve made it and she kept going finish and help the rest and I’ve been standing literally 13 minutes before I get help. I said it’s busy. I need to wait but because for my patient I get treatment like this if you go to work or you have something to do and you wanna stop for 17 minute to get you something to drink or that don’t stop there because you got to miss your appointment or are you about to miss your work or something? I don’t recommend you stop there.

I went to store 354047 westchester Ohio had the most attentive great spirited workers I have been working in hospitality for over 20 yrs and all I can say is wow truly went above and beyond I’ve been to ao many Dunkin doughnuts over my years and this one here stood out of the rest thank you to everyone at store 354047 at 10am on 12/04/2025 you made my day. I just have to rave about Dunkin here for a second. Working my third night shift in a row at UC Hospital I stopped here for a large iced coffee to take into work. Turning onto the highway my full iced coffee fell out of the cup holder onto the floor by the passenger door. I couldn’t pick it up safely until I was at a stop light about 5 minutes later. I was convinced my night was ruined. However when I picked up the cup off the floor NONE of it had spilled out and the lid was STILL secure. Truly the best moment.

Got a large iced coffee and they didn't bother to stir it at all. Had cold foam on top, black coffee in the middle and cream + caramel swirls sitting on the bottom. Would appreciate a little effort.
Always great experience. This is our favorite location as 90% of the time our order is correct and delicious 😋 the employees here are always wonderful. Highly recommend the bacon avacado toast!

My lattes with extra espresso never seem to have any espresso. Very milky. Never have problems at locations other than this one

Had been going to the other Dunkin’ in west Chester on Tylersville for awhile, but after having issues almost every time going there I drove to the one on cin-day rd. Worth it, no issues with my coffee or food, they were fast and friendly.

I have been a loyal customer at this dunkin location for the past 3 years. Their consistency never fails to impress. I usually order Egg & cheese crosaint & regular coffee. And the taste is always spot on.
