Normally go here - not too bad most of the time. Whoever was working today was rude to my friend and no frozen coffee today? Not really an issue most of the time but being told no frozen coffee (with no reasoning) and someone being rude like that is not acceptable. My friend and I work in customer service and totally understand and are very patient but that needs to be clocked.

Waited a while for a mobile order. Totally understandable when busy on a Saturday but when I finally got my order my sandwich was wrong and I was missing hash browns. When I went back in to let someone know I got an eye roll and attitude. I just wanted what I had ordered.

Asked for a large water and they said they could give me 2 small waters so refused to give me a big cup but will give 2 small cups just doesn't make sense at all. I even said I would pay for the bigger cup and they still said no like what?

Had the worst experience with my dad yesterday he got us a 1/2 dozen but the manager tried to give us a dozen and they screwed up my moms breakfast sandwitch when she orders the same thing a sausage egg and cheese croissant but they tried to charge us for a bacon egg and cheese! Also the poor worker on the register was being hounded by the manager then they up charged my dad for the cotton candy doughnuts they have like really? This manager is an idiot trying to make my dad pay 22 just for doughnuts and a sandwich with the up charge.🤦🏻♀️🙄

Management is terrible. They do not stand by their products. Rude is an understatement . Definitely not the Rhode Island company way to do business. Store number #0939, and Corporate is in another country .. why not The USA?

The maple bacon cheese egg croissant sandwich left me un impressed. Cheese was cold. Rest of sandwich kinda of warm. The bacon was the best. Oh well.

MORNING STAFF needs to be entirely retrained!!! they are rude and flat out lazy. i come here multiple times a week and their attitude never changes. especially the lady that works the window every morning. plus they can NEVER make a drink right. and if you try and correct them they're rude about it and huff and puff. do your job right the first time and you won't have to fix your errors. i'm not paying $6 for a drink that you weren't properly trained on how to make. unbelievably terrible service

I went in this morning to get a bagel with cream cheese and a hot chocolate.. the hot chocolate tasted more like water and there was barely any cream cheese in my bagel. Not happy at all

I've been coming here everyday this week when I work. I've ordered roughly the same thing. Today I got a large Latte and got pulled up to wait for it. The Latte wasn't even large, they only put coffee in half way and filled the cup up the rest of the way with whipped cream. The coffee was also really old. So what did I get pulled up.for? Burned coffee? Like who does that to someone!? I ordered a muffin warmed up, wasn't warmed and felt like it was right out of the fridge. I think I'll go to Starbucks or another dunkin location because this is absolutely unacceptable for the amount of money I've spent this week. You can't charge what you do for burned coffee.

I love this location!!! Everyone is very nice and respectful. The location on the corner of Princeton rd and 747 are not friendly at all, they all seem annoyed especially if you order on the app.

Service I'd great there. But, I when I order the iced donuts, they fail to put the wax paper in between them and they all get mashed and stuck together.
