I was having a bad day and I forgot my wallet and couldn’t pay for my coffee so the lady at the front gave me my coffee for free because she could obviously tell that I needed it so she said she would cover it not a lot of people will do that these days. Yes it was only two dollars but it made my day a lot better.

I waited over 15 mins for my food going through thedrive thru. I ended up having to go inside to get it and 1 of the workers wanted to have an attitude because I had an attitude about having to come get my food. They were the ones that forgot to bring it out. Won't be going back.

Frustrated with ordering ahead and not finding out that what I ordered was actually not available until I get to the window. On my son's birthday, I had to turn around because they forgot an item in my order. Also, today, could not use drive thru unless paying with cash because both of the card machines are down. Can't even scan your dunkin donuts app to pay that way. What's the benefit of ordering ahead and using the app if it's not the easiest, most accurate way to order?

If you are going to this Dunkin’ location today, plan for a 20 minute delay. I ordered a sausage & egg croissant, hash browns, and an orange juice. I should have suspected problems when I saw 2 cars ahead of me waiting in line. When I finally advanced to the window and paid, my wait began. After 10 minutes waiting at the window, with other cars stacking up behind me, the order taker finally asked me to pull forward so they could service other guests. No problem, I moved up. Well, that was fruitless because the car behind me also had to wait for their order. I waited another 10 minutes before they finally walked my food out. The car at the window, behind me, was still waiting at the window when I pulled away. Whoever is making the food orders today is not doing a very good job, or they are understaffed for the morning breakfast crowd. Good luck to you if you try. My advice, the McDonald’s across the street is a great alternative to waiting 20 minutes.

I came through the drive-through this morning. I ordered a medium iced coffee with almond milk and french vanilla. They must’ve gave me the wrong order or something because I got home and thought it tasted gritty. They put 3 sugar and I never order sugar! So gross I tossed it.

It’s so sad how the place is new looks so nice but the workers can’t make any coffee right oh I wanted after a long day of work was a simple coffee every time I go never get my order. I should’ve just went to the McDonald’s across. Do better, Dunkin’ Donuts.🍩

Normally go here - not too bad most of the time. Whoever was working today was rude to my friend and no frozen coffee today? Not really an issue most of the time but being told no frozen coffee (with no reasoning) and someone being rude like that is not acceptable. My friend and I work in customer service and totally understand and are very patient but that needs to be clocked.

Waited a while for a mobile order. Totally understandable when busy on a Saturday but when I finally got my order my sandwich was wrong and I was missing hash browns. When I went back in to let someone know I got an eye roll and attitude. I just wanted what I had ordered.

Asked for a large water and they said they could give me 2 small waters so refused to give me a big cup but will give 2 small cups just doesn't make sense at all. I even said I would pay for the bigger cup and they still said no like what?

Had the worst experience with my dad yesterday he got us a 1/2 dozen but the manager tried to give us a dozen and they screwed up my moms breakfast sandwitch when she orders the same thing a sausage egg and cheese croissant but they tried to charge us for a bacon egg and cheese! Also the poor worker on the register was being hounded by the manager then they up charged my dad for the cotton candy doughnuts they have like really? This manager is an idiot trying to make my dad pay 22 just for doughnuts and a sandwich with the up charge.🤦🏻♀️🙄
