Donuts are good but there is some serious shrinkflation happening here. Never seen the donuts so small. The value is no longer here. With the price of the donuts and how small they have gotten I will be looking at local shops more

This is probably the worst dunking in the west Chester area. Workers have the worst attitude and basically rush you through orders, my bagel was smashed as if someone sat on it or stepped on it. They are actually making me consider making my own coffee at this point.

Every worker does not know what is going on. Ordered two iced coffees and they kept saying they were lattes. They couldn’t understand the concept of an iced coffee with cream. Ended up just leaving.

Ordered a Large frappe and got a med with no whipped cream on top and tasted like burnt water. I asked nicely to have them fix it and the girl got really upset and started talking to her coworker and rolling her eyes. Also if you’re going to work customer service at night I’m sure the dress code there is not belly shirts with yoga pants with your gut hanging over. 🤢

They could never get a simple coffee with cream and sugar right. When I reached the drive-thru window and asked to add one more item(hash brown) , the girl told me to drive around and place a new order. Very disappointing experience and that's the last time I'll visit this place .

DD is an all-time favorite of mine I go there often! A lot of times they forget to put in 2splenda’s in my hot green tea☹️ So I ask for the packets to keep in my car. Other than that, they’re great.

Don’t come here bad customer service I was there 3:50 pm October 6th The girl in there doesn’t know how to talk to people.! Asked her to add 1 shot espresso she act weird in the beginning it looks like extra job for her. Then she charged me double shot espresso here is the receipt. And when I said who care about $2 but you charged double even if you added one shot. She said that what I have. Sounds fantastic
