Food is always amazing. You cant go wrong with their breakfast bagel sandwiches. Drive thru is always slow, but worth it.
I have been there 2 times both times we had to wait 45 min for a simple bagal and coffee. They are not setup for a sunday morning rush. Dont waste your time going there because you wi have to wait i promise
Always fast and friendly.
This was our first time coming into Einstein and the service was amazing. When we walked in it was kind of busy, but Shane was great at the register and got and us through the line quickly. Definitely would recommend stopping in.
Not amazing. The restaurant could use a good cleaning. Super expensive for a tiny tasteless bagel. Staff was friendly.
Ordered on line. Received a receipt and assumed all was well. I arrived and was told they ran out of my bagel flavor. No notice ,no contact. Nothing. Then was asked if I wanted a substitute. I declined. I asked for my money back. I was told that they could only give me credit. Really??? How do you plan to stay in business when you don’t provide a scintilla of customer service. I now have to dispute this transaction with my bank to get back my money. If I could give you negative stars I would. Good luck staying in business with this model.
My daughter and I went on a sunday around around ten thirty a m. We waited almost forty five minutes for our sandwiches. Everyone in there waited at least that long for their food. I don't know what was going on there but it was crazy.
I know it a busy place but dam 5 workers and still 25-30 mins wait :( i just left late for work i feel bad but man either i get fire for begal or just stay hungry
ZERO STARS!!! Bad employee- middle aged lady with blonde hair.
Yelling I didn’t pay for 2 bottles of tea because I wanted half sweet, half unsweetened so I bought a bottle of both. Asked for a cup of ice, got a TINY coffee cup filled with ice. Wanted a bigger cup, refused to give me more ice and said they’re not allowed. Yelled at us about taking a coloring book set in front of the register across the whole store. This is wild behavior. I will never come here again. She needs to go. Would not make this right at all. Told her she had a bad attitude and it just got worse. Grabbed bag of food and left. She needs to be fired.
Terrible service.

very slow drive thru and mediocre bagels. go to panera
Absolutely horrendous. 4 $ for this bagel? You put basically no cream cheese on here. Both my $4 bagels were like this.

The all-nighter breakfast sandwich is mine and my partners favorite. I just wish it wasn't so expensive for just the bagel sandwiches. For the 2 of us, just getting one sandwhich each and nothing else costs 15.78. I do recommend them for yummy bagels. Their drive thru is convient and the staff is always nice.

Food is excellent!
If you get there when they are very busy they shut down the drive-through which is a major draw/ service that we expect to use since it's a "drive-thru" service.
The last time I was there, it took me an hour or more to get my order. This cause lunch at my sister's house to get postponed and one of my sisters stormed off back to her house. No one was happy about this. It would be expected that with such a long wait time, the person taking the order would let us know the guestimate time of food order to be filled. That seems like a reasonable expectation. One customer got a refund after waiting a half hour. I should have done the same. This lack of information is unacceptable.
Dietary restrictions: Google states that Einstein's Bagles has a gluten-free bagel called an eggale (egg gale) like a bagel made with egg. I asked for that item but the guy taking the orders had no clue as to what an eggale was. That was very sad.
Parking: Great access to the store from the parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: It's good for kids to sit at the table. No place for them to play but a spacious atmosphere.
Wheelchair accessibility: Open floor plan. Plenty of room to get in and wheel around.
