Great Bagels, But Service Can Be Hit or Miss

I keep coming back here for their Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel — it’s my absolute favorite, and the taste is always consistent and delicious!

However, there are a few drawbacks. The seating area is usually closed or limited, and they often seem short-staffed, which makes the wait longer than expected. On a few visits, the customer service didn’t feel very welcoming or respectful, which was disappointing.

I love the food but we just left after getting kicked out cause they closed the dinning room two hours before they closed the store. Too hot to eat outside with a 4 month old as it’s over 90 degrees today. This visit will definitely make us second guess coming back.

This was our first time coming into Einstein and the service was amazing. When we walked in it was kind of busy, but Shane was great at the register and got and us through the line quickly. Definitely would recommend stopping in.
