Our server Ramino was awesome, fast, and very funny! He’s great!! and so is the food

my friends and I used to go to the colerain location at least once a week. Since they changed staff the place has gone down hill. last night we had the worst service i have ever received in my whole life. I was there for over 3 hours and had to leave without eating dinner! They brought me the wrong order 2 times! it took over an hour just to get drinks and menus. We were treated awful by the new manager. I will never come back.

We’ve been here since before 6. Have been given no menus. The music is so loud we can’t even hear anyone at our table. Our waitress was in the bathroom playing on her phone.

I didn’t even make it into this location due to how unprofessional the staff was over the phone. When I called to ask if there was a wait time, the girls answering were laughing and chatting among themselves, making fun of the question while I was still on the line. They switched between Spanish and English, completely disregarding professionalism.
When one of them finally came back to the call, she still didn’t answer my question, repeating what I had asked. I asked for a manager, first they said there wasn’t one, then said the manager wasn’t available.
I ended the call by letting them know that they need to be professional, that’s it’s rude/disrespectful to mock customers and that they should be mindful of what they say, no matter the language. I’d rather drive farther for better service. First impressions terrible.

I missed having the sushi at the Monroe location after traveling 8 hours - all because of the outraging recommendation from my buddy Chucky. But guess what I don’t easily give up. Just gotta have that fabulous sushi! Took another trip from Monroe to West Chester and had the best sushi in my life! You just gotta try it!!! And, their spicy margaritas …

We took my mother to lunch for her birthday. The food was excellent. I would like to give a rave review to our waitress Yaritza. It was her first day and she was very nice and did an excellent job taking care of us. Thank you Yarizta!the rest of the staff was very friendly. I will return again for a meal in the future!
