usually, this is my favorite firehouse subs. however, today, i ordered online.they did not take the onions off my sandwich as i requested, they burnt it, AND they did not give either one of the subs on my order a pickle ?

Came here because I wanted a quality sub and I know firehouse is the only place for that. Came here and was not disappointed, the amount of meat per sub was awesome and the presentation which is small was great, pictures show for themselves. It's alittle pricer than subways but well worth it. What we got was a medium cheesesteak and I got the large hook and ladder on wheat bread.

What a pleasant experience! We just went in for a quick carry out order and were greeted with smiles. The staff were friendly and professional to start. The place was very clean. The staff was efficient and quick with our order. So nice to see people doing their jobs well and happy about it! And of course the food is delicious.
