I tried something new and I think it's my new favorite meal at First Watch. The kale salad with warm maple carrots, all natural chicken, cranberries, almond slivers, and parmesan cheese is insanely delicious! The lemon-maple vinegrette was flavorful without overpowering the salad. No tart taste like you get with some salad dressings.
I also had great, attentive service from Kinasha.
First Watch never disappoints. As always, highly recommend.

We waited 12 minutes before a server approached us. Then other 15 minutes before food arrived. He didn't check backs with us until we were al.ost finished eating. We eat at First Watvh frequently and this service today was not up to the normal.
Overall very basic experience. Food was super bland (i got a pancake with bacon and scrambled egg). No seasoning on eggs, pancake tasted like a diet pancake. Staff was super unsettling, my waitress wasn’t necessarily rude but just acting very strange. She was holding eye contact for very long and never really smiled.
